The tent site is too open and near each other so there is little privacy from other campers. Not as spacious like the other campgrounds that I have been to. I did not see a playground but the kids really enjoyed the river nearby. I just went to visit . I did not stay overnight. It is a dog - friendly area.

I thought the camp sites were nicely spaced out and there wasn't a lot of commotion. The campground rules and info are at the front of the campground. The rules are not on the information board though. They're on a separate sign next to the self-registration box. Bring dry wood because there's so much moisture in the air at night it's hard to keep the fire going if it gets low.

We have been camping for years at Beaver Flat. The sites are well treed and are private. The public washrooms are very well maintained. I would say the most clean out houses i have experienced. This leads into the site hosts who are always so friendly and accommodating. Nothing but amazing ! Hard workers. We have been there when there have been some 'challenging' groups and have seen only professionalism from the hosts. We have decided this is our favorite camping spot in the mountains because of the hosts and the family-friendly environment 😀

Big spots. Space between sites. Some along Elbow River. Quiet. Close to Elbow Falls. Trees...beaver dam... a few nice tent spots as well with some along the river. No hookups. Clean>Toilets. Non-drinkable>Pump water. Firewood available > $. There is no signal. FCFS Camp hosts were awesome.

Best camp site ever . Came here every year as a kid and just took my own kids there for the first time. clean friendly and there were a decent amount of kids.

The scenery is beautiful and the sites are great! Although, there was a fire ban going on and we asked the park/lot attendant to confirm. She informed us that yes due to the fire ban, we can’t have a fire at all. During our evening walk, we saw the park attendant’s site - They were having a fire and so was 4-5 more sites around her. It was very upsetting to see that especially when she specifically said that we can’t have a fire.

Wish I would have found this place years ago. Tho it would not have been suitable in my party days. Its perfect now with great respected quiet times and constant patrol for partiers.

Had such an amazing stay here. The park is beautiful and the park host goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's stay is enjoyable. We will definitely be back

Love this campground!! Such a beautiful hidden gem. We got lucky and got a river site which was so peaceful to wake up to! Love the staff as well! They will go out of their way to make us feel welcome and the kids think they walk on water! Thumbs up for sure.
