Really cool view of the beaver park dam that you can watch them let run off shoot out into the white river from this vantage point. There are public restrooms, some informative panels on the creation of the dam and some small trails in the area as well. Really neat spot to come and check out

The guy running the kiosk at the island was kind of a power trip tried to act like sheriff or something 😂 if your not paying or camping acted like he owned the lake but other than that it was a good experience and wonderful place to hangout it does cost 5 bucks to park for the day and hangout but we had a fun day and we'll worth it !

In addition to the small island with steps down to the water and a roped in beach swimming area although there is no real beach sand. There are dozens of tables lined up along the water for picnics 🧺 It is a nice refreshing area. The water is much warmer than the river on the other side of the dam. I saw lots of people swimming from many different access points. 🏊🏻‍♂️ I also saw some scuba divers!🤿

Sooo pretty and peaceful!! Even area for swimming and water is clear with great temperatures!!! All definitely be back!

I visited Beaver Dam over the weekend, and it was such a refreshing escape into nature! The views were absolutely beautiful — serene water, lush greenery, and peaceful surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing day. Whether you’re into hiking, fishing, or just unwinding by the water, this spot has something for everyone. It wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a quiet weekend trip!

Nice place to splash around in cold cold water. Often crowded, but beautiful sunsets. Great place to fish and kayak.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. CAME AROUND 4pm today and it was perfect. My hubby and I were the only ones there! Water was kinda chilly but I got used to it! My husband was freezing tho lol. Very clean. Never seen water so clear. Bathrooms were clean. Nice water spout outside to wash feet off. Only bad thing I can say was the access to the water from the parking lot. There are no steps and very steep. I did sit down on this ledge which helped me get lower without falling. lol. Rocks are a little sharp but they’re only there for a few feet. Not much of a beach earlier at all but we were there to be in the water !
