Beautiful COE campground on Beaver Lake. We weren't able to book a waterfront site but the day we came in, Kathy, the manager called and told us of one coming up so we were able to have waterfront for the remaining days. The manager was very nice and helpful with area information. The sites were in need of a little maintenance but it was government shutdown so we were fortunate they were open at all. Nice quiet campground.

Not a fan of the vault toilets but overall the park is nice. The price is reasonable, and the location is fantastic. But better than all of that was the customer service when arriving for check-in. It was exceptional.

We camped for 4 days here. We were on the quiet side and that was very nice. The camp hosts were extremely helpful and kind. The boat launch has enough room to launch 2 boats at the same time so that does help on how long it takes to get in.

It's beautiful . Limited water supply. Bath house up by main gate with two showers for entire park one was broken but usable. (Ladies) The lake was really clear and beautiful. It did however storm or rain almost every day we were there. Lol

We are used to primitive camping, so we were not used to all the dogs continually barking. But it was a really neat place on a hill, so everyone got a view of the lake. Very clean and staff was super friendly!

I came for the day to hike the trails! $5 day fee. Park Ranger stopped to help at the entrance and told me where the trail heads were located. The trail heads were clearly located. The trail is not so cleary blazed or marked on our first stop, The Silver Beaver trail. The large rocks and the lake were the highlights for my children and myself. The second trail, the Lost Bridge trail, was clearly marked for the length we went, which was only a short section because we were short on time.

Camped here 10-29 and 30. Waiting out wind. Great helpful hosts. Saw us filling water and gave us a spot that we could fit in. (73.ft long). Very hilly, steep and curvy roads but if you take it easy not bad. Beautiful area and not a lot of drive through traffic.

Purchased a day pass on July 4th just so I could hike the 6.6 mile loop that is the Lost Bridge North trail. This trail is not well marked or well maintained. Lots of debris on the trail and many moments where I had to question my next move — I had to stop altogether just after the park entrance, the trail became nonexistent. 3 stars for the beautiful lake front part of the trail.
