Sleepy trailer park filled with old bitties that cant keep their nose in their own buisness. The only way that you can live peacefully in this neighborhood is to get in with the preset cliques that are there (also important to mention that the Management of the property is in with these cliques, and listens to all the gossip that is thrown around).

You need to get your facts straight before you start slandering. This could turn in to a law suit Ronnie. Also we never do any rent raising accept for when the landlord tells us to and that is for everyone. If you follow the rules we don't come down hard. Hope those that read this understand we do our job and we try to keep all unruly people out. Please come by and see for yourself.

Honestly I can't say anything nice about this property manager, they are In everyone's business, very controlling. Over charge people and threaten elderly people that they will be kicked out if they don't do what he asks. He pushes people out and they end up leaving because they can't afford to move there property. Manager then fixes area up take ownership and sales the property. He has done this to a mobile across from my dad place several times. He harrassed tenants, he verbally abuses them. Wouldn't give this place 1 star but that's the lowest it allows me. Watch out also he raises the rent often but only a few people, hhhmm pocket that extra rent you say, I do belive so., if anyone know the owners information. Contact him
