Very old trailers that were grandfathered in according to residents. The driveways in trailer park are full of potholes, especially at entrance.

Five-star place love this place management takes care of anything that goes wrong right away no waiting very very nice place. Five washing machines for dryers never broken down

This place is a little run down and in a not so safe area of town but provides housing at an inexpensive rate.

I applied there twice. Even making way then enough $ for the asking price of a bunch of run down not fixing anything park. I unfortunately no the manager and if you run across or maybe did something what they think is wrong as a family running it. You have no chance.. STAY AWAY. apartment are way better with way better offers and things actually get fixed. I heard from many people I know that lived there on how it is. NOT PLEASENT AT ALL.

There ain't a chart rating low enough for this place, the staff is very rude, showers are broken so are the sinks also very dirty no toilet paper and bugs everywhere. Theres always screaming, and cussing from other trailers parked around and everyone is constantly moving out cause there smart and have the money to move. I was forced too leave one star to post this beileve me they do not deserve it. Also there trailers are very trashy and run down with graffiti and broken windows.

This place can use some improvement. It is not a bad place(not a 5 star park) the rate is average for the area. It is very convenient it is in walking distance to shopping and there is 4 restaurants nearby too.

Ive lived in several places here in S.V. but this place is the best ppl mind there own biz here no cop callers or noisy nabiors. The management here is firm but stays away unless your the type not to pay. I love this place awesome showers for us rv'ers and pretty much smack dab in the middle of everything important.
