Belaire Junction RV Park in Temple, Texas, is easily one of the best RV experiences we’ve had in Central Texas. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this is a modern, meticulously maintained facility. For travelers looking for both convenience and high-quality amenities, this park is an absolute winner. The convenience factor here is unmatched. Located right off I-35 and directly across the street from the massive Buc-ee's, everything you need—from fuel to snacks—is literally steps away. The park is also gated and well-lit, providing a great sense of security, and the sites themselves are spacious, level, and feature full hookups (including 50-amp service, basic cable TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi). The pull-through spots are perfect for big rigs, making arrival and departure stress-free. But what truly elevates Belaire Junction are the amenities. They clearly built this park with long-term comfort in mind. Speaking personally, my kids absolutely loved the pool and the splash pad, which made those hot Texas afternoons an absolute joy. The clubhouse is state-of-the-art and offers a fantastic place to relax. For families, the playground is also a huge hit, and for dog owners, the two dedicated dog parks are the cleanest and best-designed we’ve ever used—a massive plus when traveling with pets! Add in the clean, private showers, well-maintained laundry facilities, and a cozy communal firepit area, and you realize you have everything you need for a quick overnight stay or an extended visit. Belaire Junction is a fantastic stop that combines supreme roadside convenience with truly excellent, modern amenities. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Fantastic RV Spot! We had such a great experience staying here! The site was clean, easy to access, and perfectly maintained. The hookups worked flawlessly, and the space was level and roomy enough for our rig. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was peaceful, with beautiful views and just the right amount of privacy. We loved how close it was to local attractions and stores, yet it still felt tucked away and relaxing. Highly recommend this spot to anyone passing through or looking for a quiet getaway — we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for over 4 years and it’s been the best. The new manager in the office has been amazing and the Lead maintenance man Aiden Has been such a blessing to us. He is the most polite young man. Such a great addition to the park!

We stayed here a while back, We love the office staff and common areas, but I still remember someone who made a big impact on our family vacation at Belaire junction rv park. Aiden (Maintenance) helped us when our battery died on our truck. He went out of his way at the end of the day while off the clock to take me to get a new battery! He’s truly a blessing and we plan on coming back this winter!

Our stay was a great experience this was our first rv park we stayed at and this is the park we compare every other one to.Always made you feel safe ,the pool and restrooms were always clean this was a place we definitely called home will not hesitate to go back.If you follow the rules it’s a great environment at the end of the day the rules is what makes it a great place for a family with children and pets. The spots are always taken care of big concrete pad as well as your grass pad! definitely this is where you should stay! Management is bilingual! Great to have that not many have to offer that she’s is always there and very helpful!

This is a great rv Park. Wonderful staff, clean premise, and gated community. Close to everything but far enough away for relaxation. Excellent choice for short term or long term stays.

We're new to full time RV'ing and we love it here! It's clean, all of the rigs and sites are well maintained, and the staff is amazing. Linda is available 24/7 by text/phone and Rick came out at 11:00pm to thaw out our water connection during a rare Texas freeze (even though I had it wrapped and a heated water hose...). Although we are going to make trips to other locations, we plan on making this our home base. We enjoy the sense of community, similar to a residential neighborhood, that we feel among the long term residents.

Love this park! Quiet, safe and friendly. We are full time and find it to be a great place to walk the dog and enjoy the day! Playground and splash park for the kiddos and your choice of two different dog parks for the fur babies. Bonus… if you don’t feel like cooking just wait, there’s probably a food truck on the way! Check in is a breeze and there is always friendly staff eager to help if you need them. Pricing is on point. All spaces are full concrete pads with plenty of space for the trucks and the RV.

I’ve been here since June & just extended to 2023! A great community, a pet friendly RV park very clean. Laundry & shower room (code required for safety) super clean. Gated at night with entry card required. Linda Vig, Manager and her husband Rick are always ready to help in any way just like family. There are rules, they are enforced, but makes any stay more pleasant and actually just common sense and courtesy. Slow down (children at play) & dogs being walked ( many bag & disposal stations to help you clean up after fur babies). Would give more stars is available!

Stay length 1.5 months. Park itself is nice. All spots are paved. The entire park is paved. Bathrooms are well-cleaned. Nice, small dog park. Be prepared to hear a very loud train that runs directly behind the park. Additionally, there was pipeline work being done literally in front of the park, to the point that the entrance was blocked from time to time. Where the stay went downhill was the management. Many of the reviews say how nice the manager is, and I'm sure on the surface she seems as much. However, I found her to be very nosey, but also very passive aggressive. It made me very uncomfortable. Some examples of bad experiences are as follows: They were unclear in their billings. I had to show proof of my transactions with the management of billings I already paid. Also, all streets in the park are one way, but NOT clearly marked as such. We had a mobile maintenance person come to fix something on our RV. His maintenance vehicle was parked the 'wrong way'. The manager ran to our site to tell him he went the wrong way and was parked the wrong way. The maintenance person found her to be rude, and did not move his vehicle. As a result, we received a warning of non-compliance of the 'rules'. My husband had to discipline our son at the park due to my son's behavior. Another parent wanted to get involved but my husband did not want to speak to any other parent about the situation. He spoke directly to the other mother and told her with adult language to leave him alone. We were given a warning about his language. I received emails regarding use of the bathrooms that apparently went to all of the visitors in the park, threatening to disallow use of the bathrooms if they weren't left clean. I received emails regarding dogs in the park and people allowing their dogs to poop in other yards. While, I understand that if people are misusing the park, notifications would go out, notifications were excessive. I also know there are cameras around the entire park, so it would seem the management would be able to figure out who is doing what. All in all, I am very private person, and felt like I was treated like I was the one in elementary school.
