My favorite park. It's nice place. You have camping area with shower, you have beach, you have play ground. So far it's a great park.

Great spot. Camping is fun here and its very clean. The bathrooms are older but everyone is respectful and they are clean. We stayed in the tree loop and got a great spot in the shade and bordering the beach area. Great atmosphere and a great place to camp with kids

Had our first trip camping as a family here! It will become a yearly spot! The park and beach are a nice variety of things to do with the kids. The nearby bathrooms and showers were nice to have. Overall the park was very clean and good amount of staff on site! It's close to town so if you need something you can just pop in. It's definitely a great camp spot especially if you have little kids.

The staff are friendly and courteous. Our original site was very uneven. They were able to find open sites for our MH that we could look at and possibly move to. We found one slightly bigger, 50 amp vs. 30 amp, and level. Without hesitation, they moved us to that spot. This is definitely one place to keep on our list. The lake is awesome, and the view is incredible.

We really like Belfair State Park for the park itself and as a hub for exploring. So far, we have stayed in 3 different sites (138, 114 & 224) in 2 different loops (Beach Loop & Main Loop) in our 30-foot glamper. This last weekend was in the Main Loop. All the sites are spacious, clean, and provide enough privacy. We prefer the pull through spots, and it was no problem getting in and setting up. Full hookups, we even had cell service (Verizon), and basic channels come in! It was raining the whole trip but it's expected in February and March. It wasn't busy at all during this time, either. The camp host was friendly and very nice! We did get to see one of the three Great Blue Heron that live in the area around low tide. During low tide, the rocks were a bit slippery, and the mud could get deep! Just use caution. My only complaint is the noise. In site 224, beyond the fence, is the main road. We could hear the road noise all day and night. We did spend a good chunk of time exploring, so the daytime noise didn't bother us, but it is there. It was the night road noise that was bothersome. When you book a site near the main road, it is a gamble, and for some, they can block it out. I just wanted to let people know it's there if they pick the sites near the road. All in all, it was worth it. We like the area and will have preference to some sites but would actually stay in this same site if our preferred sites weren't open.
