Overall it's a nice RV, not too expensive, all utilities included except internet and TV. Troy the owner is friendly. The place does need some cleanup and a little recreation space for a little get-together next to the lake. During hurricane season, you do have to worry about flooding in some areas but when road is blocked there is a backway out of park.

We love living here. They owner is kind and caring, the land is beautiful and clean, the fishing is great, and the people are wonderful. If you're looking for a place to weekend, or want to spend some time fishing and waking up to deer all around, this is the spot. Spaces have room so you aren't on top of each other and rates are reasonable. There's no wifi, but we've done well using hotspots
