I'm leaving you a one star because you only allow Class A and Super C Motorcoach at your resort. We have a high-end fifth wheel that's just as nice as some of the class A's that you have there.

Bella Terra RV Resort describes itself as a place "providing 5-star facilities and amenities." Yet, while paying $85 to $125 a night plus fees and taxes, you must go to the clubhouse to use their Internet service. Not 5-star in my book.

This is an RV Resort. It's very nicely set with landscaping and privacy at each site.

Luxury park for sure. Great amenities and the perfect location to the ocean.. orange beach is the closest (to my knowledge) and it’s beautiful.. back to Bella Terra, the grounds are beautiful and very tropical feeling. Perfectly manicured bushes and trees placed specifically…. A lovely pond right in the middle and if you’re lucky like we were you can get a spot right up to it.. we had at our pad a super covered kitchen and living area - I also love how everyone has something or they don’t but it all matches! Either way- yall won’t be disappointed to go here.. and they have KARAOKE :) .. it’s a locked gate- key card to get in.. that’s nice. No late arrivals. That’s nice too..

Bella Terra is a beautiful motorcoach Community, not a resort. Landscape is beautiful and well maintained. If you are looking for seclusion and quiet time, this is the place. It is centrally situated with everything you need within 10 miles, including the beach. There are no pickleball courts and the pool is not heated. There are no amenities. Unfortunately, the people who own there have a definite attitude towards renters. We were ignored by most even when we tried to initiate conversations. The owner of the site we were supposed to rent from at the last minute had an “emergency “ and they called 5 days before our arrival to change our site. Classic bait and switch process. Our site was to have an outdoor kitchen, casita, and firepit and outdoor seating. Although we were provided that, we were not able to use the casita, the outdoor lighting for the kitchen did not work, and the grill was so filthy and rusted it was unusable. When we complained they told us that they hadn’t had time to clean the site. They came and took the grill apart and never fixed it. It had never been cleaned. The site was also listed for sale and they wanted to show it while we were there. We declined. We had also had an arrangement with the original owner that he would give us a $150 credit towards electric. After checking out early, they charged my account for the electric used, making it necessary to call and get them to institute a refund. We came with the intention of purchasing a lot but have since put this place on the back burner.
