Huge shoutout to Belle & Beau Acres! Such an awesome campsite, friendly customer service, and a great location near some of Eastern Tennessee’s best hiking trails and waterfalls. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for tent sites away from an RV camp…especially if you love the natural beauty and serenity of the woods.

Was not Impressed, you have to do it all online. They don’t allow you to look over campsites. Pictures online don’t show much. Would not recommend.

We chose Belle & Beau Acres for our family camping trip due to its local proximity, affordability, and stellar reviews with captivating photos. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic, largely thanks to Christine, the host. Her excellent communication, patience, and helpfulness made our first family camping trip in years smooth and enjoyable. The campsite is stunning, nestled at the heart of a serene waterfall and creek, offering a picturesque and tranquil setting. The sites are well-spaced, ensuring privacy despite the presence of other campers. However, as a primitive campsite, it lacks electricity, running water, and sewage, which might be challenging for beginners. We visited in June, and while the days were beautiful, the hot, humid nights brought relentless mosquitoes, which was tricky to manage. The convenience of parking right next to our site made bringing water and managing without electricity manageable. My only suggestions for improvement would be adding a few more attractions and possibly central sewage to enhance comfort. Despite these minor drawbacks, Belle & Beau Acres is a gem for those seeking a true nature escape. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return with friends!

We were blown away with the work Christine put into Belle and Beau Acres. The property map was super fun, and instructions were really clear. Camping in a place that is kept so well was wonderful, there was plenty space between sites, and it just felt safe. The trail to the river was super cool, and the comfort station was incredible. Would love to stay again.

This place!!!!! I was over the moon with my two night stay on site d! It is a little hike into camp but I would not have changed it for anything! My site was a very private little riverside oasis. My dog enjoyed playing in the water as I read my book in the comfort of my hammock, enjoying all of the soothing sounds around me. There were chairs and a fire pit already set up with a grill grate so dinner was easy to heat up! All of the campsites are pretty spread out so it’s like you have the entire woods to yourself! There are drive in sites as well as hike in (which I prefer, although it is an uphill hike to your car! Not too bad though, I managed all of my things and a full sized cooler by myself). There is a comfort station that is full of thoughtfulness! There was an outdoor shower if needed, a changing room, and even a mirror to get ready in front of. There are are quite a few trails on the property including a waterfall that are on my list for my next visit because I am definitely going to book here again! Highly, highly recommend!

We stayed there on Campsite #2 in March and the property was absolutely beautiful. Even though there were other campers, you really felt like you had the place to yourself. The creek was so enticing that the kids even decided to take a quick swim. It was cold, but they had so much fun! Owners are great - kind, easy to communicate with, and take great care of their property. I am from this area and so glad to see people who truly love the Upper Cumberland and work hard to share it with others in a way that helps us maintain the beauty for future generations. Can't wait to go back!!

I have known the owners of Belle and Beau Acres for over 20 years. I positively cannot say enough nice things about them. While they "ain't from around here", your point of contact, Christine is a native of rural Maine and grew up in the outdoors with her dad who was a hunting guide. They are avid campers themselves and know how to make every spot just right! The land is pristine and they have made every effort to leave it as untouched as possible while also making camping sites accessible. Christine is a DIY diva and has made things just gorgeous - thinking of the comfort station. The whole business is a family affair. Mom, Dad, and their two teens regularly work with the seasons to keep everything in order, revealing the natural beauty of the Upper Cumberland. You can look forward to braided garlic, farm fresh fruits and veggies, etc at certain times depending on what the garden is producing. It's heaven there. Period. That's why they are THE #1 CAMPSITE IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE (hipcamp) xoxo Go see my sweet friends! You won't be sorry!

My friends live on this road I've had a few run-ins with the people that live down there that own this place but I've seen a lot of traffic through there here lately and I've been in those woods longer than those people have live there so I know the area is nice

Beautiful secluded camping! The owners were super accommodating. We arrived later than anticipated but they were super responsive and kind. We will definitely be coming back to check out the amazing trails more extensively!

Arrived at the property and was immediately greeted by a super humble couple. They directed us to where we would be camping and I was awestruck with the beauty of the campsite itself. Acres of bright green forest and the beautiful sound of a running creek moving throughout the property. I knew for a fact that I was finally going to get some much needed soothing rest after this long drive. The sky at night was not polluted by light so we could see every constellation perfectly and flawlessly, which is a gift in itself since we are used to the city life. The sounds of distant animals were heard and we were awakened in the morning to an adorable deer grazing by our campsite. I felt like I was in another world. I will for sure be returning to this place the next time we come through the area, and might actually take a trip only to the property and spend the weekend. Been dreaming about going back since we left. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Christine and David for your wonderful hospitality, and also thank you David for growing such epic sideburns. I now have a life goal for myself.
