This is a great trailerpark to live in. The manager has really made an improvement throughout the past couple years. I remember when, the manager before, was still there and that guy had let the trailerpark turn to trash but, ever since the new manager has came into play it's like a whole different type of community. All the work that the manager does himself or has this one other guy do the work is like, amazing. The trailers afterwards look like the newer model trailers coming out if, not better in my opinion. Great management and absolutely, great remodeling workers. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Definitely, reccomend living here!

Mr. Robert has really turned this trailer park around. I have been in this trailer park for over 20 year and this is the best I have seen the park. The manager help people in many ways. I have never seen the park this clean. Thank you bellcrest for finaly getting the right guy for the job.

I've been living in this mobile home park for about 3 1/2 years, and for the most part, it's been very nice. However, the lot rent has increased twice! Also, beginning this month, October 2020, they've tacked on $15 extra for trash pickup, which, in my opinion, is too much. There are at least 150 mobile homes, so do the math. It seems like that should be well more than enough to empty the dumpsters once week. I'm not sure, they could be dumped twice a week. Anyhow, the environment is nice. I don't really care for all of the dogs that are not with someone, but so far, no one in my family or anyone I know has been bitten. Overall, Bellecrest Mobile Park is a nice place to live. 😊💜
