Was just driving by when I saw one of the RVs on fire, called 911 and got it put out, no one was home. 10/10 neighborhood looked nice and clean though.

Very helpful friendly manager. Only visited to check it out for future visits. Road in is fairly accessible for pulling a camper, main road in needs some potholes filled. It is in a residential area so if you are just staying to visit local attractions should be a good place. Nightly rate as of 7-2-20 was $45.
