Super frustrating experience. Park management allowed this family to park their boat at one of the only docks overnight and for hours at a time for the entire weekend. It made it extremely difficult for our family to load and unload. They were also fishing off the ramp and in the water making it very unsafe to use. This was reported and nothing done. Super disappointed in people and the experience.

My wife and I have camped at this COE campground several times. We have always enjoyed the plentiful wildlife and beautiful lake views. The RV sites have always been clean and well maintained.

This is our go-to park for camping and fishing. The current volunteer staff is SO friendly and go above and beyond to make each site perfect for the next family. They clean up each spot, clear out any debris from the fire pit and burn off the BBQ after check-out. They recognize my family now (we might have a camping problem) and always stop to chat when they drive by. They really care about your experience and it’s so great to see! This boat ramp is my favorite on Belton (as the official boat trailer parker) and there’s a good amount of parking.

It is always clean and there is an entrance fee, which helps keep some of the would be problems at bay. Always quite a few families here having a great time.

A great camping location on lake Belton with water+electric sites and dump stations. A nice boating/kayaking/fishing area on the inlet. Two boat launches. The camping sites are clean, level and well spaced, some with good shade. Basic bathhouses available.
