Smaller, well maintained, friendly RV park. The showers are huge and spotless. Laundry is also affordable with bigger washers. 2 miles from everything in town. 30 minutes from Tombstone with a fantastic vet in town. We found Benson because of the vet while staying in Bowie. Really like the park day 1. There’s AC in the main buildings which our last “resort” RV park didn’t have. The dog park is enclosed and our lab can chase his ball endlessly. Hookups are well maintained as well of the gravel park with concrete pads and real wood picnic benches. Monthly rate is very affordable. Big pull through sites with ample room for our 37’RV. It’s miles above the RV resort park we stayed at Tucson before this. That speaks volumes to me.

This is one of the best management teams that I've had the pleasure to deal with. I'm 67 years old and one of the younger residents. They watch out for us to the point that if I need to run errands I don't feel the need to lock my doors. After suffering a heart attack recently I spent 4 nights in the hospital and they made sure that my 2 dogs were fed and walked 3 to 4 times a day and checked in to see how I was doing 2 to 3 times a day and asked for nothing in return. The couple who said that they were kicked out lied. I have been full-time in an RV for 10 yrs and they were by far the worst neighbors EVER! They had no car and had bothered everyone in the park for rides, cigarettes and anything else they could get for free. They took food from the community kitchen that didn't belong to them. Even though we were begging management to kick them out they were not asked to leave. Fortunately for us they knew that they had overstayed their welcome and went to Walmart and never came back, I'm assuming because they didn't have the $$ to pay their electric bill. So if you see a beat up old motorhome with Dwayne and Angie in it run the other way!

Give in this place one star is overriding, I have a terminal spinal disease which means I don't have much longer on this Earth, I'm on disability and I get $960 a month, after I travel expenses and our monthly payment there, it took every time in my had . We go month to month my wife does arts and crafts so we can have some extra money, and is my soul caretaker. In the office it is posted no soliciting but in the RV rules of the park it doesn't state that you cannot sell arts crafts or anything like that. on that note my wife was trying to sell some arts and crafts she had so we can go get some more groceries. And yes she's asked a couple of people there for a ride to the store because we have a very old class a and there was a vehicle to drive. Today we decided not to bother anybody because we like to keep to ourselves , that we would unhook our RV and drive up to Walmart to get some supplies from the money and you had made from selling some crafts to get groceries. On our way out we were stopped by the manager/maintenance man Dallas because my wife had been walking around talking to people and that she had been soliciting on the property. Like I stated before the office has no soliciting but on the grounds of the RV Park in general there's no soliciting listed so being that we got kicked out we're having to stay at a rest stop until the 1st of tha month right at 2 weeks away. Very nice way to treat a handicapped person and a couple that is doing everything they can just to get by because he likes being a very rude obnoxious jerk his wife April is not much better she is also manager. Why do people have to be so rude and hateful and uncaring I'll never know but I would not recommend this place to anybody. I'll keep them in my prayers and hope and pray that God will touch their heart and that way they can start showing kindness caring and compassion instead of being the hateful rude despicable people they are.

This is overall a decent place to spend a few nights at. It has the best pricing in the area that I found and it's in a convenient location. The staff are very nice and helpful, although they watch you like a hawk, which made me feel a little uncomfortable sometimes. Also, the trains passing by at all hours was annoying and woke me up a lot.

We enjoyed this park for the one night while traveling. The restrooms and other amenities were neat and clean. The staff were worm and welcoming. I couldn't give 5 stars because it was a dusty place with no grass areas for the dogs. We would stay again while traveling thru. $50 per night was a good price.
