This is a nice park. That said, their cancellation policy is ridiculous. Cancel 48 hrs prior to check in doesn’t mean what it says. They want you to cancel 72 and even then you don’t get your money back. If you need to cancel, don’t because they will rebook your space so they get double the fee. How sad.

Pretty rudimentary spots, a lot of them on asphalt, bathrooms were high-school locker room quality but VERY convenient and beautiful location.

Very good parking facility, however the restroom needs more attention. Several times I have found the toilets with no paper.

Quiet and clean and a calm place to rest. Very well kept with a nice laundry. Close to everything and still pastoral.

The RV park is small, but wrll kept. The bathrooms are the most clean and unsmelling ones that I've been to in a long time. We reserved a partial hook-up. They don't have a 100% tent site, but that's fine.

The spaces are decent and the oak trees are beautiful. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very often though and it's a bit difficult to check in at the office. I had to wait for a while down the ramp (leading to the office entrance) because there was someone else chatting with the office staff and there wasn't a good way to get up without coming too close to the chatting gentleman. Also, one of the employees wore a mask made of mesh so wasn't doing much good...

The hosts of this campground are incredibly kind, considerate, and understanding. I reserved two weeks at this campground but was unfortunately called out of town on family business. The hosts noticed that I had not been around in a few days and sent me a text hoping to make sure I was doing okay. Additionally, when I did not arrive in time to move my camper for checkout time, they tried to call me and let me know that if anything was wrong that they were willing to help in any way they could. Got everything sorted soon after, but still very greatful

Great location next to the Fairgrounds. A small convenience store is just a short walk away. Like all RV parks on this side of Oregon, call ahead because they all fill up quickly, most with waiting lists.

Nice small RV Park owned by Benton County at fairgrounds. Surrounded by mature trees. Restrooms are fairly nice, but what you expect at a County Park.

Quiet, clean, shady, and close to town also? What could be better?
