Love this park. Sunny weather, friendly people, amenities galore, so many activities you can be as busy as you like or kick back for happy hour or a meal at the Y Cook Cafe. There are many crafts, to do or learn, and lots of card games. This is our 18th Winter here!

My husband and I came here in a fifth wheel Planning to spend the winter for three months and move on. We fell in love with the friendly neighbors, All of the activities available to us and the beautiful winter weather. After only two weeks, we decided to stay a lifetime. The people are marvelous. The park is beautiful and active and the Rio Grande Valley has so much to offer. We’ve been here three years now and I can’t think of any place else that I would be happier.

We enjoy the volunteer attitude in this park. So many people step up to help with so many activities. Dances with mix of country and rock and roll, café, shuffleboard, pickle ball, wood working, rock club, glass adventures, diamond dot, cart club, neighborhood karaoke, Sunday and Monday night football get together, movie nights, neighborhood parties, and so much more. Plus close to many super restaurants, shops, groceries, sightseeing . All this yet still country atmosphere and peace and quiet when you want that.

So many Activities! Love going to a beautiful resort like Bentsen Grove and some yummy food from the Y Cook Cafe! I like the park as it is so nice to have a gated community with lots of great roads to bike and walk. I love a cool dip in one of the pools and the golfcart club is a great group too! I didn’t bring my dogs, but their dog parks look great! I am going to spend time at more of the activities this season. I just found out that they’re open year round.
