We stayed in the bunkhouse. It was really shoddy, not built well, not painted, air conditioner stuck on 1 setting, dirty, spider webs and bugs filled the window panes. Worst part was the mattresses. They were LITERALLY 1 INCH THICK! And under the 1 INCH of soft mattress was wood. So none of us slept, our hips hit the wood, our arms feel asleep, our backs ached. These were the cheapest and most ridiculous mattresses in the world. We would have been better off sleeping on the ground in a sleeping bag (which is what half our party did, and happily had a better night sleep). Nice place to launch though.

We've been renting bunkhouses from here for 6 years now! We've never had any issues, the price is always right, and the staff are always helpful and friendly! The bunkhouses are close to the bathroom and shower house so that's nice! Every site has a fire ring and pinic table. Each bunkhouse also has an AC Unit and when it's over 80 degrees, it's heaven! Pro tips: bring a pillow, blankets, and remember the mattress pads are only a few inches thick. If you have back problems bring something else to put on top of the bunk mattresses. Bring shampoo and soap for the shower house! If you plan on floating the river, this is a launch point and super easy to access!

Has the potential to be a great spot but needs some attention. We were there from Friday until Sunday and not once did anyone come out to check the bathrooms. They both ran out of toilet paper on Friday. There needs to be a water outlet for everyone to use. There was only one with two spickets and campers hooked up to both of them so no one else at camp had access to water. Also we went to the office four times and only once was someone there.

Me and a group of friends from high school (who are now spread across four different states) have made getting together and coming here for a weekend into an annual tradition. The campsites are nice and well-maintained, right by the river and a tubing outfitter. The individuals working here are also very helpful when it comes to making reservations and answering questions. Highly recommended! (posted in 2019) Update: we just booked our trip for year number 7 and can't wait! Still love this place, and it just gets better every year as they update facilities and make their website more functional for booking. Campsite 10 (photos attached) is our favorite.

We stayed up on the bluff in the campground. Service here was awesome! Called about ice. They delivered the ice. Some of the most amazing and remotely tent camping spots too. When we come back. Yes, we will be back We are renting your tubes! Almost forgot. We had 2 large dogs(pitbulls) and 3 small dogs. Everything was great. Thanks,!
