Berry Springs RV Park

Overview

Berry Springs RV Park offers a quiet and well-maintained retreat in the heart of Central Texas. This family-owned facility provides a peaceful alternative to the hustle of the highway while remaining conveniently accessible for travelers. The park is characterized by its spacious layout and friendly atmosphere, making it a reliable choice for those traveling through the Texas Hill Country or looking for a longer stay near the Austin metro area. It balances modern convenience with a rural charm that is hard to find so close to the city.

Location & Surroundings

Situated just north of downtown Georgetown, the park sits adjacent to the beautiful Berry Springs Park and Preserve. Guests are surrounded by a scenic landscape of historic pecan groves and open grasslands. The location feels rural and secluded, yet it is only a short drive from the diverse shopping and dining options of the city. This unique positioning allows visitors to enjoy scenic hiking trails and native wildlife sightings right at their doorstep, offering a refreshing connection to nature.

Amenities & Park Features

The park provides essential comforts designed for modern RVers. Every site features full hookups with 30 and 50-amp electrical service, and the majority of the pads are level concrete to ensure an easy setup for rigs of various sizes. On-site facilities include a clean laundry room, modern shower suites, and a comfortable community center for guest use. Pet owners will particularly appreciate the dedicated leash-free dog park, ensuring that four-legged travelers have a safe and secure space to run and play during their stay.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Beyond the immediate nature preserve, Georgetown offers a wealth of local activities. Visitors can explore the historic town square, which is widely considered one of the most beautiful in the state of Texas. Adventure seekers can head to Inner Space Cavern to see ancient geological formations or spend a day at Lake Georgetown for boating and fishing. The park's location also serves as an excellent home base for day trips into downtown Austin, which is located less than an hour to the south.

Who This Park Is Best For

This park is ideal for travelers who value a quiet, natural environment over high-energy resort activities. It is a fantastic fit for nature enthusiasts who want easy access to birdwatching and walking paths. Retirees and full-time RVers often prefer the tranquil pace and well-kept grounds found here. Because it offers a unique blend of suburban convenience and rural serenity, it is also a great choice for those needing a reliable home base while visiting family or working in the Georgetown and Round Rock areas.

There are no rooms at this RV park. The people here are friendly and accommodating. The location is great for groceries, eating, and events in Georgetown. It is also close to Austin if you like the nightlife. Highly Recommended.

Friendly staff. Quite park. Popular compared to parks in the area. For me this is due to the honorable and traditional business practice.

We came into the Austin area with our trailer needing a place to stay overnight while visiting relatives. This RV park fit the bill for proximity. This park is basically residential with a couple of opportunity slots for overnight guests. We stayed two nights. Our site was gravel and fairly level and next to the office. It was easy to back into. The site manager and maybe owner Shirley or Sheila sorry I don't remember was very courteous and helpful. The site had a concrete pad with a table and a couple of chairs. The utility pedestal worked fine. There is a clean bath house and restrooms next to the office. There is a nice shaded patio next to the office for guests. The guest facilities seem fairly new. This RV park was good for us as an overnight stay. The only downside is that we got infested with tiny sugar ants. The area is extremely dry and I should have prepared beforehand for the ants.
