Some trailers are abandoned others have windows out and need to be replaced. Pot holes in the parking lot that will mess up your vehicle. The area needs to be cleaned up. The tenants are very nice and friendly.

Current tenant. The owner of this park has allowed multiple injuries and other illegal practices. He refuses any responsibility so the current tenants want to warn everyone to stay away if you value your sanity.
