I have lived here since 2008, Grandfathered in so I do not have to leave. The management and staff here now are the finest ever. Park is well managed and maintained. The staff are all courteous, friendly and efficient. Thank you Betabel Staff for taking such good care of us.

We had the BEST experience thanks to Rachel and Donna! They went above and beyond with their service—friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel taken care of. The park itself was solid and well-kept, but the standout was definitely the hospitality. They turned a good stay into a great one. Highly recommend!

Sites are close together. Park is beautifully landscaped. Pet friendly is more like “we barely tolerate them”. Dogs are not allowed on grass areas within the campsite areas. They have a dog walk area near the office and another on the opposite end of the park. The one at the back of the park is hidden behind shrubs, is tick infested (there is even a sign at the entrance stating there are ticks) and, because the area is hidden from sight, there were numerous piles of “doggy poo” throughout. The walk from the far end of the park to get to the other dog area is a long one as the park is large. We have a “senior” dog that can’t walk far and we were at the far end so our only option was the nasty, tick infested area unless we wanted to load them in the truck and drive them to the front. The park owners need to do better at making the back area safer for dogs and their owners. Because it is hidden from view, it obviously doesn’t get much attention other than mowing.

This is a clean and well maintained RV park. I would give them 5 stars but have to minus 2 stars for some of staff that are exceptionally rude, like Pam and Amanda. Also, some of the rules don't make sense, like God forbid you have someone working on your RV and they park in an open spot. Or the fact that in order to become a long term resident you have move out in 30 days and then come back after 72 hours, and then as a "permanent" resident you have to move out every six months. I cannot even imagine what that is like for permanent residents, as you have to pack up and secure everything.

We've stayed here a few times over the years. Nice, clean park. Easy access and convenient to 101. Friendly staff and nice amenities. Much cheaper than the Monterey parks. Only reason I took away a star is the WiFi sucks! I would think a park this large could afford to pay for stronger wifi service for their guests. I'm not talking streaming, just basic service.

Have never felt the need to leave a bad review of an RV park before this place. Unfriendly office staff on the phone, in-person, and via email. Extra bullsh*t charges for stuff. Lots of highway noise and a strong foul smell from all the garlic farms. There’s better places not far away. Keep looking and avoid this one.

This RV park is in a secluded beautiful setting with local wildlife and large birds (owls, hawks, vultures) to watch. The temperature is 10 degrees cooler there than in San Jose and neighboring cities because of the little valley it sets in , trapping the cooler ocean breeze. Quiet. Well managed facility, with laundromat, pool, rec room, full RV hook ups and they even has a convenience store. You will enjoy your stay .

This is THE BEST RV park in our last two years RV trips. It is very well maintained and has very clean & spacious shower rooms, paced parking pads, and dog park. We love it

Very well-kept RV park with friendly staff and a security gate. Spaces are fairly level and lots of amenities (small pool, dog area, laundry, small market). No restaurants in the immediate area. Monterey, Carmel, Castroville and Gilroy all within 40 minutes or less which we appreciated and rates were half what they quoted us in Monterey.

We book last minute with help from Pam. The RV Park was clean and beautiful! Everyone was friendly and kind. We had plenty of room for our Golden Retriever to do her zoomies on the open grass area! However the route to dog run was very dark at night. Maybe install some additional sensor lighting at night???

Really great friendly helpful staff. Nice layout with some shade, nice amenities, level concrete pads, motion-sensor lights at the hookups help you see when connecting utilities after dark. Located far enough away from the highway to be pretty quiet at night. They have multiple garbage/recycling stations so you don't have to walk too far.

Very nice RV park. Rochelle was extra helpful when our 5th wheel developed a problem just as we were pulling out, after our first night there. Let us park for a few hours on an empty passage way till it was repaired. Was able to book an additional night when I saw that the repairs would take more than a few hours. Caught up on laundry in a very nice, clean and inexpensive laundry facility! Groundskeeper drove over to us to get some cards from the mobile mechanic who repaired our trailer to have on hand, in case other folks on the premises run into problems. Just shows you how much they care about their customers.

Very nice campground. Clean and well kept. The help are friendly and knowledgeable. Much more reasonable than Monterey.
