It's too bad this resort is being run into the ground. Made reservations end of summer midweek not busy at all. Had a/c issues so had to leave. We asked to be moved to a more shady spot and were given the go ahead and then were told the Manager said our RV was to long for the spot. Understandable if they were booked solid but all the spots around the shady spot were open all week. The camp hosts were well aware that we did not have A/C and were having issues the day before we had to leave early. When we went to tell them we were checking out we were told at that time there are no refunds, we had reserved all week. We had to dispute our credit card charges. RV dump is $30! The a/c issues were on us, but to not get a refund or even the option to move? We stayed here last summer for a couple of days, camp hosts were great, so it was easier to look past the high cost of the RV, boat slips, and the dry spots they give to the midweek campers (see other reviews). I would not stay there again.

We stayed in the RV park. Outrageously overpriced for what you get. With tax turned out to be $92 a night for basically staying on a grass field. It was very difficult to level up the RV. We had water and electricity but no sewer hook ups. They charge $25 to use their sewer dump! No dumpster for trash in the upper campground.

We were here just for dinner. The food is amazing! We sat outside, which was absolutely lovely, though the wasps (most people can then bees, but they are wasps) were quite the bother.

We had a great stay at Beyond Hope Resort. Staff is very friendly and the site is well organized and managed. We stayed on the lower half of the resort, closest to the lake. Very short walking distance and we were sitting by the water.

As full-timers on the road, we were excited to visit Beyond Hope Resort in Hope, Idaho. Let's start with the positives. The lake is absolutely five stars. We rented a pontoon from Hope Boat Rentals, and it was an incredible experience—a must-do. The water, though cold, was clear and relaxing, and it felt great on the skin. Floating on the beach was a wonderful way to unwind. The resort’s restaurant, Pearl's, only closed on Tuesdays, was an unexpected delight. Though pricey, the food was superb. There's a rumor that a Michelin star chef seeking a simpler life opened the restaurant. True or not, the food was on par with some of the finest restaurants in NYC, LA, and Chicago. Now, onto the park itself. I wanted to give it even four stars, but I can't. There are no sewer hookups, which we knew going in, but we had to pay $45 for the mobile dump company. We paid another $25 to self-dump, but they never finished the job, and you can guess what happened when the valve was taken off—what a mess! We requested to use the self-dump station on our way out since we had to get someone to the airport, but it proved stressful. We couldn't get hold of anyone and spent two hours in the morning running around the campground trying to figure out how to address things. The staff is only there from 10-4, and the on-call staff are not responsive. The field "above" that they put us in looked like it was just a kind-of-leveled-field-so-we-can-just leave-it-as-is where they squeezed in more guests without investing in infrastructure. The bathroom situation was a disaster. They didn’t always work, and there was guaranteed to be a line of anywhere between three to twelve people. Showers are in the same rooms as the toilets, so when you walked in, the floors were flooded with dirty water. Additionally, with the dump fees and the site lock fee, the total cost was about $100 per night, which is crazy for what they provide—or rather, don’t provide. Bottom line: You're here for the gorgeous lake. You'll spend as little time as possible at your site because it's, frankly, sad.

We didn't realize this place is 25 miles off 95. (Our fault) Arrived and was escorted to our site by Wendy who was very nice and helpful. Our site was on the side of a hill and a pain to level. We arrived to four deer grazing nearby in the almost empty but beautiful and grassy campground. They were nice to look at but they pooped all over the place, it was everywhere! I couldn't tie our doodle up outside at all, because she's a little Hoover. Edit: No sewer hookups for $90 just 25 deer surrounding us and outhouses not real bathrooms! Not worth the drive or the money.

This restaurant provided amazing customer service, like beyond expectations. My family had went to the floating restaurant first to get some food after fishing and they offered awful service, the front lady was very rude so we left hungry. We came here to beyond hope not knowing what to expect and they helped us find a table even though there were reservations, amazing customer service right there. There is an amazing atmosphere and vibe. Very clean and pretty
