Mike the Marina Manager does a fantastic job managing the docks conditions, providing services, checking moorings, and general safety, with a smile and kind words. I’ve been using Mike’s service at the Big Arm Resort boat gas pumps for 2 years, and his service is second to none on the lake. He always greets you with a smile and delivers an unbelievable customer experience every single time. Mike consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Big Arm Resort is lucky to have employees like Mike, it truly makes all the difference!

As a return slip holder at the Marina i am always very pleased to see Mike in command of the dock and the gas pump. I know when Mike is taking care of business that our boat will be looked after when we are not there. When we are there we've observed that he is always very attentive to the needs of the slip holders, guests, and boaters who come in for gas and the use of the restaurant. He is consistently professional, efficient, and friendly and he is capable of problem solving troubles that can arise due to storms that blow through unexpectedly. I know I can speak for most of the slip holders when I say we are grateful that he is there when we are not. Having been a slip holder here for 18 years I can honestly say he is the most capable and reliable person that has been employed to manage the dock. As we approach the end of the season we hope that Mike will still be here to greet us next springs when we return.

The service a quality was poor. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We were charged $4 more than for a meal that was listed on the menu, and were charged for an item that was forgotten and received after we finished our meal. The flatbread had no cheese, and we weren’t given dressing for the salad. To top it off, when we asked for some olive oil as a dressing, we were given vegetable oil.

Beautiful views and nice cabin! Internet didn’t really work but the smart TV did. Beds were comfortable and nice clean bathroom. Could have had a few more dishes/utensils to use, more for a 3-4 person family, not 5 but we were fine.

Went in there to gamble a few bucks. I'm giving it 3 stars bc it was clean and the staff was nice...however the machine were one game machines...so I played penny keno. Also another downside was you had to pay for your drinks while you were gambling...that's a bummer

My review is specific to the restaurant/bar. The service was 3/5, the food tasted off to me, and I felt like it wasn’t very clean. I’d love to visit again and have a better experience; this was the off season and I understand that food quality and service can be different during busier seasons. I was the only customer in the place.

It was our first visit to Montana. We arrived to a first class view of the lake on the front row cabin. The family cabin was quiet, cool, and super relaxing. Full kitchen saved us on food bill and we were able to explore lots of nearby activities. It's about an hour from Glacier, so we made a couple of day trips up there during our stay. Service was extremely accommodating and food at the restaurant was great. Enjoy a stay here, we don't regret it one bit.

A good location if you have a boat but otherwise the area is a little boring. Cabin was fine, pretty primitive but nice furnishings. Good view on the lake. Couldn't get wifi to work. Front desk has odd hours. Parking situation was a free for all, no real rules. Couldn't go to the restaurant because it wasn't open during my stay. Very odd, esp during a summer stay?

I went there for their prime rib on Friday it was excellent. The summer squash served with it was also exquisite. The service was as good as the food. I highly recommend this to everyone. And did I mention the views of the lake are excellent. I give their their chef my compliments.

Great place to eat! The broasted chicken and jojos is their specialty and won't disappoint. Pizza is really good, and the views are incredible year round. Friendly personal service and a full bar whats not to like.

The staff here is excellent. Excellent! Friendly, professional, helpful. I needed a few business documents scanned and they happily assisted me quickly. It is quiet and peaceful here. Rooms are quaint, new, cabin-feel and comfortable! With the restaurant on site, laundry facility and right on Flathead Lake, we will definitely stay here again. A pleasant surprise just north of Polson, MT on Flathead Lake!
