One of the best spots on the River. I sell homes in Parker and this is a top spot for a resort!

This past winter was our 3rd winter at Big Bend..Other rv'ers warned us about their neglect in the rv hookups.. But guess we were lucky 1st 2 years. This past winter their electrical hookups blew my transfer switch and my inverter in our motorhome. I quickly chased the problem to below the surface and even the cable guy showed me he was getting 65 watts out the ground on his TV cable..!! We could wiggle the post and it would crackle and pop electrical in the panel and make my transfer switch go click click... Anyways I showed management everything and they simply moved me to different site. when I asked about reimbursement of $1200 , that I spent, they laughed. But did offer up a months rent, which I accepted. Come time to pay they only gave me 2 weeks rental. apparently their other 3 parks are same. And everyone said if you ask for reimbursement or complain at all, you will be banned. I personally know of 3 others last year who's electrical was damaged from the park and soon as they said something, the management banned them.. So I'd steer clear of their neighboring 2 parks , Echo Lodge and River Lodge and their 1 on AZ. side Castle Rock. their water systems and electrical are in bad need of work...

We booked the motel rooms they were perfect , Lisa was incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect before I we arrived, answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations.
