Lived there it was nice but needs cleaned up and brought up to date they need someone to come in and fix up the landscaping but they just don't want to put the money into.but for the most part as long as you keep your on lot cleaned up you never have to worry about the landlords

Very expensive,no tv service for campers unless you have service there, this is basically a camper mobile home park that charges 350.00 month and you have to maintain the camp site yourself(cut grass, hookups, etc).cant get to the water unless you wade thru 50 yds of mud to get to waters adge.game room is just a rotten storage building.very friendly owner.if you are looking for a place to call home and cant find any other mobile home parks and have extra money you can call this place home.lot of drunks and troublemakers on site.
