One of the cleanest lakes I've seen. Beech area is so nice. Umbrellas for public use. Love it

We have gone in a weekday which is nice, because it's not very busy. We went in a Saturday and it was busier but still was fun. The swimming area is all sand and has a few umbrellas. You will have to get there early to reserve one though. The bathrooms there smelt horrible and doesn't provide toilet paper but beats going behind a tree lol. Has a spot to wash the sand off your feet and does have a shower area but I didn't look at it very well.

Fall camping was very quiet. Only a few campers. Plenty of firewood nearby. Nice covered picnic areas and playgrounds.

Nice lake. Has swimming area, sandy shore. Great for boats too. Many RV sites. Good prices. Much more.
