We traveled from Nebraska for Labor Day Weekend. We stayed in their new Oak cabin. The cabin is spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms/showers are sparkling clean with hot water at all times. The store has delicious pizza and a great selection of ice cream to pick from. The line was out the door one evening for ice cream. There is plenty of parking and the beach/dock area is very nice. The hosts are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help any camper. We will definitely be back.

We planned to stay here over the Memorial Day weekend. They pack RV sites like sardines, and each site sits at a 90° angle, rather than a 45° angle, like most parks. Couple that with the fact that you have to park in front of your camper because there is nowhere else to park, gives you no room to back in. You have the seasonal campers who are extremely nosy, and drive around on their golf carts and look into your campsite. We were unlucky enough to stay across from the most obnoxious campers we have ever seen. They had their music up so loud, you could not hear anything in your camper. They must’ve known the overseer to the park, because this went on until very late at night. Needless to say, we only stayed one night, Instead of the three that we paid for, and packed up immediately the next morning. Sure enough, there were sheriffs in the park as we were leaving. We will not be staying here again, and I do not recommend that you do either.

We had a fabulous camping trip in this location! The campground was open and tranquil! Swimming in the nearby lake was an amazing way to spend the afternoon! I have no complaints in regard to visitor services! I will most definitely be returning at some moment!

Came to visit friends in Willmar on our 10,000 mile trip around the Midwest from Florida. The manager gave the nice site we reserved to a local. . He looked me right in the eyes and lied about it. Basically all locals. Noisy, drunks with unmanaged screaming offspring. No enforcing of rules. A class of Minnesota people to avoid. Very, very shocked.
