Big Oak RV Park

Great place to park your RV. We have used this place several times now while visiting our daughter at FSU. Friendly staff. Looks like they really cleaned up the place and put new driveways and common area roadways. Bathrooms were decent size with a stand up shower toilet and vanity. But they could have been a little bit cleaner. Common areas near the picnic tables and fire pit was also cleaned up since we were here last year. I think they might have new management. Super reasonable rates even during graduation weekend when hotels are charging $350 plus per night. We were in the back by the dog park and it was very quiet. Lots of shade trees all over the park which we really like.

What a beautiful campsite!!! What can I say about the beautiful mature trees! There's also a beautiful park. Barbara is very kind and friendly. She really helped us on the phone and upon our arrival. We really enjoyed this magnificent place with its beautiful, inviting entrance. There are so many restaurants nearby. Thank you so much!!! We recommend this campsite Ronald and Caroll

This is the best RV park I've stayed in. I was in town for work, then got reassigned out of state. Everyone in management was very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept and the lighting is beautiful at night. The oaks are just amazing!

Save your money. Office host made me rent a second spot to park my wife's car and jet ski trailer total length 31 ft which would have fit nicely on back of lot in 45 ft space between patio and road as shown in picture. Rules state lot may be used for parking as number 3 states.Host was Not friendly and had an attitude problem. I have never in 10 years of camping had this experience. I recommend no stopping.

I hesitated to write this review because we didn’t want the part to be so full the next time we come through town. The people at this park are so nice and always helpful if you need anything. We have probably been stopping here often on for 10+ years. There is never been a time they would not accommodate a spot overnight for us easy to get in and easy to get out of. And they’re big oak tree, so beautiful so thankful they were not damaged during the hurricanes.

Pleasant weekly stay. Great location on the route from Florida to Texas. Lovely oaks, laundry and other facilities were good. Glad to have a dog park and an easy pull/through. Check out our full review on YouTube!

Gorgeous place! The oak trees are unreal. Had some issues with our electrical box but they came out and fixed it and everything else went smoothly.

All the amenities, full hookups, wifi and cable work. Easy to get in and out. Quiet community. A mix of full timers and what seems to be a few abandoned units on site make up the majority of this park. Be aware if you pay by credit card a $6 fee

I rate the campground 2 stars, but that doesn't mean it's a bad campground. However, at ~$55/night, I can only give 2 stars. There are no amenities, the site was hardly gravel, mostly a mud mess. I didn't see the bathroom/shower facility, because I brought my own. It was fairly quiet the two nights we stayed. (no one was really roudy) The site we had was mostly level. For weekenders, it's more of a 'passing-through/stay-the-night' type camp ground (an expensive one at that). If the nightly rate was closer to $25-$35, I would probably give a 4-star, possibly a 5-star rating.

One and done!!! Don't bother looking at the map to pick out a really nice campsite because I guarantee you they will be moving you.🤨 I really did not care for the campground volunteers all up in our campsite at 8 AM blowing the leaves and dirt all over. I understand they try to keep things nice but come on I don't want dirt with my coffee. On a positive note we did meet some really nice neighbors.
