Did not eat here only grab a few soft drinks, the staff was super friendly and I will definitely return when back in the area.

We were staying in the area for some sight seeing. There are beautiful state parks very close. We saw some beautiful waterfalls. We didn’t spend much time in our site, we had a very small area to put out a chair. The campsite was very small and difficult to navigate to. We were towing a 42’ fifth wheel, which we had stated when making the reservation. We did get an escort and she was super nice and even offered to open the kitchen and cook us something. Most sites were permanent campers and most were not well kept. It is not what I would consider a campground for children. Very rough narrow gravel roads so no place for bicycles, no playground, no amenities. We did not use any facilities so I can’t comment on those. There is a restaurant/store on site. We only ate there once because they were not open much during our 5 night stay. We were there in early October, so the schedule may be different in the summer. The catfish was good. Hand dipped icecream was good. Make sure you check the schedule if you are arriving planning to eat there. Everyone there was very friendly.

The nicest people! I didn't stay in the campground..I only stopped by. I ended up hanging out on the back porch with Jeff, Robin & a few other people. They made me feel like I was family & had known them 4 years. Jeff is a big, sweet Teddy Bear of a man...he made sure several times I didn't need anything..wanted 2 make sure my oil & everything was good on my car b4 I headed back to Ga..& reminded me 2 call my dad & let him know I was back on the road so he'd know I was ok & on my way. I would drive back up there JUST to hang out with these fine people. The store is very nice & clean & they have a restaurant inside. U can't go wrong going by here or staying here.

Just was there from the 2-6 of July. Absolutely awesome. Owner is one of the friendliest people amongst everyone else there. Food was great, it was clean, and quiet. Even with them doing renovations around, it was still perfect. We will be back next 4th of July! And look forward to seeing what new things were done. On another note if you like to explore and kayak, you are at the perfect spot to have all around you with in a 30 min drive.

Newly renovated and brand new RV spots available. Just a hop skip and a jump from Cane Hollow lake access. And even closer to Burgess Falls State Park. If that isn't enough activity to keep you occupied then hang out till the weekend cause there is always live music and good times every Friday and Saturday night all summer long. Oh yea and I forgot to mention the incredibly reasonable rental rates you won't find anywhere else.
