A+ campgrounds with excellent amenities, full hookups, clean restrooms and shows and so much more on site. Friendly workers and hosts. Extremely safe with gated keypad entrance in evening. We'll differently be back!

FIRST THE POSITIVES. The Laundry room equipment is clean. The office personnel seem friendly and welcoming. You’re on the river (if you want to be) or, park back from the river for a cheaper price. You’re close to Parker which has groceries, gas, laundromat and (Spanky’s RV supply which is expensive). You can receive USPS mail at the office where as some other local CA side RV parks won’t take USPS mail. The one that I know doesn’t, will return to sender. Make sure you check. You can receive FEDX and UPS at your site or at the office. There is a grass, fenced, large dog park. You can sign up for PROPANE filling at your site for those who have permanent tanks. A FEW NEGATIVES AT&T signal is horrible! The “Free” wifi signal is throttled to the point of being non-existent. Everything is dated with some blown trash along hillsides and trash area. TLC would help the ambiance. A wind storm can play costly games with the power and If you do not have a surge protector, you are at risk of damage. The park is not responsible for damage due to power outages/surges. My picnic table was in sad sad sad condition. It looks a hundred years old and full of slivers. I see others that seem newer. The park recommended mobile RV repair company is outrageous in price. It cost me 175.00 to have a city water inlet replaced. Don’t be stupid like me, shop around! So… you know the drill, you get what you pay for, but If I owned it, I’d take better care.

Living here this winter. Couldn't have made a better choice. Definitely on permanent list to come each year.

Nice little park. Some sites with quite a bit of grass and views of the river. Access to the river is easy, beautiful grass beach. Small and and large dog parks, appropriate size even for playing.Staff were very friendly and accommodating people friendly as well.

Great park on the river. Awesome huge beach. If you can get a river spot, all the better! Hot but fun. Bring your toys! Cindy and Heidi are awesome!
