Place is clean and the people that take care of it are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place for a short or long-term stays.

We loved our four nights at this park. They're still rebuilding from major weather flooding, but the place is clean and functional in the meantime. We enjoyed our shady corner space under the trees, with peacocks and guinea fowl paying a visit. Amy and Jim are very kind hosts. Just 10 minutes from scenic Montana badlands Strawberry Hills recreation area.

Very clean old school RV spot. Spotless bathrooms. Owners are very helpful. I had a medical issue requiring going to the hospital at 11:00 pm. They called 911 for me and even picked me up the next day at the hospital. Pool is very clean and refreshing. All rv tenants were friendly and helpful. Not many trees and all gravel. Had a fierce windstorm with citywide power out. Trees down everywhere. Glad the park doesn’t have any trees.

Spent just one night, en route to another destination. Pros: right off the interstate, friendly staff, low cost ($50). Cons: no wifi, no shade, no dog walk area or dog park. And the mosquitoes are fierce. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and well kept. Some of seasonal/long term looked pretty rough, giving a poor initial impression. But for a quick in/out, it was fine. If you like animals, there are cows, donkeys, turkeys, goats and peacocks on the property next door!
