We just left Big Springs Campground and wanted to say it was wonderful. Kathy the owner is very friendly and helpful. The campground itself is very clean. The river is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting by it last evening. She mostly has seasonals, so if you are lucky enough to get a short stay spot, count yourself incredibly blessed. Looking forward to returning sometime and taking a float down the river!

The woman who owns the place needs to retire. She can't remember from one day to the next. Got ran out in the evening when getting back from floating. I guess she thought I was gonna rip her off and not pay for that night! Her help was a rude b!+(#

We stopped in for the night and it was a great experience for us. Got some much needed sleep and continued on to our destination in the morning 🌄 The owner was very friendly and helpful. Camp site was easy in and out and clean. We will be back on the trip back home.

The Park was clean. The park has only 2 open sites for overnight stays the rest, 33 sites, are for seasonal campers, or as I call them Trail's End sites. We had no antennae TV as the park sits on the side of a little hill near the river. The cable TV did not work as it was split off another line across the park road. My husband asked her about it and she said "I will come down and hook up my little TV and see about it." Never did she come down check it out. We passed her on the park road as we walked our dogs about 3 hours later not a wave not a nod of acknowledgement. The wifi was horrible, we tried to stream a movie over a 2 day period. The signal was poor in the evening and good in morning but still could not download the movie. Never got to the end of it. If you decide to try the place take a book or books.
