We really enjoyed our stay at this rv park. The sites are wonderfully paved and wide, very clean, lots of grass around with no stickers (dogs appreciated that).. easy on line reservations and check in, had to call the number for WiFi password and other questions upon arrival, there was no one in the office.. very good response and helpful. Location is quiet and has a great park with pond. Great rates! Will absolutely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful rv park. Reasonable prices. Reliable power. Nice flat concrete pads. I was coming to Houston on a vacation to see the nasa space center. And this was absolutely a perfect spot to stay. 25 minutes to the space center. Owner was wonderful at helping me book reservation and giving me some info I needed about the area. I got to talk with him some. Just a great guy! Amenities like the showers and bathrooms clean. Power water and sewer on all sites. Sites were large and angled to make backing in easy. Even have washers and dryers in the bathroom area! Very well done! Thanks so much! Just was nice to have an rv park that was reasonable priced and met all my needs.

Quiet place to live. Free laundry and lots of machines. I would definitely come back here after staying 5 months. Quiet environment and good prices. The owner is always very friendly. I recommend it and it has a great location.

Quiet place , nobody bothers you ! People mind there own bissness... good place, beautiful park for the kids and a lake to fish 🐟

The owner speaks to minors hatefuly. Don't even think to come here if you have a family with kids, especially if you have more than 1 or 2, and 2 is pushing it. Anymore than that, he charges almost double. Also, there is a VERY loud, trashy group of adults that live there permanently and party all night long outside and taunt newcomers. Take your money elsewhere

The price is great it's a nice quick stop and or nice long term job in area stay. The only thing they said they had a dog run. I was thinking they had a dog park with a fenced in area my bad. Personally I like this for overnight stays. It is not a destination but does not cost like one either. But there are signs that It could grow.

Off the main roads, nice and peaceful. Huge concrete pads make for great space. Feels safe here. Only draw back is ghost wifi, get that squared away and I couldn't think of a better park than this one.
