If your looking for a quiet place to live where no one bothers you...look no further Big Valley RV is the place to come live. People here mind here mind there owe.Very friendly and respectful. The Management are the friendliest ,understanding and with courtesy handle every body they speak to. Come on over and Start living the life that we all would like to live. Schools are super close also

I've had quite the experience living here at big valley community, just when I felt everything was going wrong, I couldn't have done it without the help of the manager Ruby she attended to my every concern and made me feel right at home and you don't get that anymore for a higher up she's kind and polite, so I'm glad miss Ruby was able to help me thru everything. Thanks big valley for accepting me as one of your own.

Been here for a little while now. Management is very sweet and understanding always helpful. Any problems that have come up have been solved pretty fast. Over all has been a comfortable place for my family and I.

This is a scam! They do nothing but lie on top of lies! Stay away from this place! They don't update their website photos. I live here! I have police reports on file due to their so called management! And only 1 maintenance guy for the whole property. They don't keep up with anything! Pool is never open, the neighbors I have are my age and older. I am a senior, and I wouldn't let my worst enemy live here! This place doesn't even deserve a rating! It is horrible here! This is my neighbor cutting my grass with a weed eater, after they told me it would be cut. Never seen a lawn maintenance on my property. So she did this for me.

Nothing gets done here. You put in a request and they cancel it. I have been without proper electricity for the past month going on 2 months. No one answers your call. They cancel any type of complaint or request you put in. They ignore your calls. They are never in the office and if they are the doors are locked. There is no respect for their tenants.
