This park is a great location if you want to visit Disney or Universal Studios. From here it’s only 15 minutes on secondary streets, no toll roads to Universal. The park itself has nice hiking paths all around. They have a nice disc golf facility here and we saw several groups playing through. Our site 18 had full hook ups with 50 amp service and 50 psi of clean city water. The RV sites are large with spacious land around the site. We stayed here again in mid October 1925. This time we stayed on site 21 which was very unlevel. The property was cleaned up a bit since our last visit and apparently they treated the land against all of the insects, specifically the German cockroaches that were running wild last time we were here. I was surprised, disappointed, with all of the highway traffic noise, 24 hours a day. I had not noticed that when we were here in the summer and had our air-conditioning on in the RV all the time. Overall, it’s probably the best value place to stay in the Orlando area.

This review is specifically for the Family RV Park there. We stayed 8 nights in our motorhome while attending a convention at Orange County Convention Center. It worked out very well for us. The drive to the Convention Center was not bad even with the construction. The site was concrete, but it is pretty narrow and not exactly level, but it worked. I saw a few sites with wider areas for the picnic table that enabled you to step out of the RV onto pavement instead of dirt. I checked out the restrooms and they were hot, but we did not use them. There is a swimming pool, but it charges a daily fee. The walking/biking path that goes all the way around the park is very nice. They have a designated dog area that is not fenced in and dog bags all around the park. I would stay there again. We wanted to extend our stay, but they were closing the entire park for tree maintenance. I'm glad they are doing that, because we hit a limb and it knocked out our antenna. We have not yet climbed on top yet to figure out the problem.

Very good atmosphere, very close to many places in Orlando, outlets, markets, everything around, sensational space with places to fish, spacious place. My only observation is that the camping area is very abandoned, and the space is very irregular, very tight, we managed to park and rest in the middle of Orlando. Thank you Bill Frederick

Beautiful park with quiet RV area. Gated park in very nice area. You feel like you are out in nature but short drive to restaurants and entertainment. Staff is very helpful. One disappointment: pool wasn't open. (We camped here the week of Memorial Day.). So, if traveling with kids (like us) maybe call first if pool is important. But, even with this, I think this is still a 5 star park!

We loved our stay at the campground. Great spot especially if your going to Universal. I believe all spots are back in, we had a tree at the end of ours and it took some to avoid it, we were in site 29. Bathrooms were always clean. Park is beautiful. Spots are far apart, with big beautiful oaks, the real reason we go camping, not to be on a concrete parking lot. A real gem in the middle of Orlando.
