The park was set up very nice. Enjoyed the bluegrass venue in the amphitheater. And the food trucks surrounding their area. We arrive there to want to explore Bill Monroeās historical museum at the front of the park to no avail. We came back on another day visit following and it was closed again. Was disappointed!

First off, I would go back. Buttttt But paid showers at $0.25 for thirty seconds is ridiculous. Not to mention it should be presented in the camping information! Also if your going to charge for a shower HEAT THE ROOM! Dang it was cold! All of the bathroom stall's locks are broken in the men's and my wife tells me the women's bathroom as well. The campsite we stayed in was pretty darn good. Though it was weird that we had to grab our fire ring from another site. Someone had taken it? Why are these not permanent? The site we chose had plenty of room, was pretty flat, had three picnic tables, and was clean. We wish we could have stayed without our kids for another day!

Blues Festival was fun. But BYOB as the place only has food trucks. Also no seating, so need to bring chairs.

2024 we loved this place!! This year however wasn't the same. We camp by the leave no trace rule, leave your campsite better than when you arrived. The last people who camped at the site we stayed at clearly do not follow the same rule. The campground wasn't nearly as prepared for the holiday weekend. We arrived a day early, I called ahead, arranged a primitive cabin so we could check in a day early and have the next day to setup. Well we had the unfortunate experience of having to clean our own cabin before being able to sleep. Mind you we drove two hours with two young kiddos. Not what we expected and definitely not done in one night. A little bit of dust and dirt would've been easier to dismiss but this was everywhere, and mouse droppings. And for the price we paid we shouldn't have had to clean before we could sleep. We had a great time otherwise, just was a little disappointed as we bragged and raved reviews of this place only to show up a year later to it having gone downhill.

One of my favorite weekend camping spots! My friends and I try to make it down here at least once a year for a camping or cabin getaway. Beautiful location, far enough away from Nashville to avoid a lot of the traffic but close enough to go out for a nice meal if you're tired of hotdogs and s'mores as well as going into Brown County State Park for some hiking. I've never managed to catch any of these concerts during the time of year we're normally here but I'd love to see some bluegrass shows here too.

Had a wonderful time here, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a must go to place during some of the various music festivals. Not over crowded good amenities and nice tent camping spots as well as RV. Hoping this Gem is in business for decades to come. If you're interested or even considering going, YOLO, do it, you won't regret it.

Love this place, we go several times a year and stay in their smaller cabins. The only complaint is the mattresses. They need atleast a topper or maybe even a blowup on top of them. Everything else is perfect there.

This is the most beautiful venue I've ever been to. The seating area is covered by massive Oak trees. Just beautiful!! Campsites are nice and the cabins are well maintained!

My friends and I had a cabin getaway for the weekend and it was great! Plenty of space inside with heaters and a mini fridge for all of our campfire food. Staff is incredible! We took a history hayride where Rex (the owner I believe) told us all about the History of Bill Monroe and the grounds and buildings on the property. He even let my friends and I check out the museum before hours and another gentleman was kind enough to spend time and tell us some fun facts and stories about celebrities and artists that have history there. Overall I would highly recommend. Its about 8 min to Nashville if you want some good food out or a quick shopping stop. Next time we'll go on some of the walking trails as we ran out of time. & Can't wait for their Christmas light event too!

Had a great weekend at this campground. My family stayed here to have a camping trip while visiting Nashville Indiana. We pulled in around 8:00 in the evening due to car trouble, and a nice man who works/lives on the property helped us find our site. He also lent us a 30 amp adapter, when I realized I mistakenly booked a 30 amp site instead of a 110 plug site. The campground was really quiet and pretty in mid-October. The playground was nice for the kids, and it was nice taking a walk around the small lake they have. It's only 13 minutes away from Nashville as well, so it was very convenient to get to town to shop/eat. I would definitely come back!

I enjoyed my stay in the cabin. The only thing that would have my stay better was if I could've seen the river, the bushes were hiding it. the š

Always a good time just a great bunch of people. There is more music history here than you would believe. A must come see

The check in was very easy and the cabin was very clean. It is a beautiful wooded area. I walked our dog and discovered so incredibly peaceful and beautiful wooded tent areas. The surprise was the Bill Monroe Bluegrass Museum. Rex have us a quick tour because we had to leave but we could have listened to his stories about Bill Monroe and the campground all day. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful scenery. Very hilly. Need golf cart to get around. We rented a camper here. Nice, but lot of items broken. Ticks around camper area. Couldn't sit outside very long before ticks find you. Bed inside camper was like a board. These are little things that can be fixed and it would be great.
