I normally do not drop reviews but in this case i will make an exception.. if you have Dogs you may want to find another location or deal with being harassed and your camper spot patrolled, as well as being threatened with eviction the first time thy say anything to you about anything...... dont care what was said on website about Dog friendly its not. My family and i were at this park for a month, and harassed about cleaning up after the dogs , even though it was picked up after they came inside. One of the dogs has a sensitive stomach when traveling (if you know you know how that can be, you clean up squirts best you can then wash it down with water). The lady at the park was exceedingly rude. She was very unwilling to work with us on anything and was very upset because we were "killing the grass"... if you have had a dog, you know where they pee the grass dies... she proceeded to tell us something was wrong with our dogs (like she is some sort of vet) telling us that is not normal for the runny poop, and the pee is not why the grass was dying in spots, that we need take them in. i had already taken them to the vet and told runny poop was due to stress.. well this was just no good enough for the lady at the park.. we told her we were going elsewhere and she responded with "anywhere you go you will be required to pick up the poop" we told her that is good because we have been doing that and maybe the next park would not be run by a loon. long story short we have found a super nice place and they are infact sane people that run it and we have had no issues.

Just a mile off the freeway, this park is an easy in and out. Felt safe. Winter water source has to be hooked up before your complete back-in which we chose not to do. (Used on board water) Thus the 3 stars review.

No discounts are offerred here since the new owners took over. It was 78.40 a night! Dog poop was everywhere. The camp is dirty and the sites were decapitated. Your water hook up is under your rv which made it difficult. Lau dry facilities were nice. The host was nice. So overpriced.

This place is half the price of the local KOA and just as good!!! Super cute little RV park with all of the amenities you could want! They have great WiFi. They're super close to basically everything in Billings. Great staff-very friendly and helpful! Easy to back in our 36 foot trailer with our 3/4 ton truck. No issues with space. Lots are spaced apart nicely. We didn’t need to use our levelers, which is always nice! We will stay here again if we are ever in Billings!

This park is very clean and the restrooms are super nice. The laundry is very well maintained. Lots of trees in this park. VERY relaxing. I was concerned because it was located in the middle of town and not outside but we took a chance and glad we did. The park is close to everything you need. Stores, restaurants, gas, the Interstate is 2 miles down the road. This park is in the perfect location. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I like the parking situation. Each site has a parking whole for your vehicle. Never seen that before. Now for the price. The best priced in the area by $30 a night. The other places we called were between $90 to $95 and here was $65 after our military discount, which they also take Good Sam. I give 5 Stars and would give more if I could 😊
