Would recommend. No pull through sites but very wide entry. The host was very nice. Dogs allowed and not far from Albertson’s.

The owner and employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I stayed there awhile back for about 6 months and moved out because they switched the monthly rates from $800 to $950 without any notice. Stayed that month then moved out. I called to get a lot again recently because there's not many available here at the moment and they said they had to talk to the owner to get the monthly rate. After trying to get ahold of them and getting ignored for a week they awnsered and said the owner won't give me the monthly rates due to being 2 days late the last month I was there because of the unexpected rate change. I offered the $800 and the other $150 in a day or two and the owner said no but to pay the full amount within 2 days or leave. I did pay and was only late the 2 days and that was their fault because not everyone has extra money to spend like that. They need to give atleast a few days notice before changing the rates like that. They were really rude about it and said I probably can't afford the monthly if I could'nt afford it then. So now they can give me a lot they just want $2650 a month for a lot now which is the daily rate. That doesn't make any sense. I was told they'd talk to him about the monthly rate again and call back the next day. Never received a call and they just won't awnser when I call so gave up and found another lot. I have a 4 year old daughter to take care of and them dragging it out like that was extremely frustrating because I would have just gone somewhere else had i of known that instead of having to park at truck stops with no heat or power while waiting for them to reply.

I called before I was even in Billings to be put on the wait list. They said it wouldn't take that long on the phone to be able to get a spot. I gave them all my information & I never ended up staying there & several months have gone by and they still have not gotten back to me and probably won't. I don't know if they just forgot about me or they are that booked but I highly doubt it. Didn't look that full when I drove by. That's unprofessional.

Sites are very tight with limited green space for pets. However, the grounds and bathrooms were clean. I looked at the laundry room and it appeared clean as well. The area was quiet, spaces paved and level. Overall would stop again for a one night stay.

Pretty run of the mill RV park. Nothing fancy...but the showers were hot and the front desk attendant was kind. For under $70 bucks after tax it was perfect for a one night stay. Not to mention the Muzzle Loader Cafe is within walking distance and has tasty breakfast options!
