Customer service very professional especially Tina Wallace . She helped me and went above and beyond , she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job . The late night customer service rep Kelly took care of several of us drivers late night by herself . Drivers are in good hands here and I was emailed and texted every detail about my truck . Has a shower , laundry room and a decent drivers lounge . This FreightLiner dealership is one of the best I’ve ever been too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys were awesome got me in same day with no appointment for a def pump…. Definitely took some extra time to get in a bay and repaired but I was fixed and rolling in time to make my load appointment.

After talking with a representative of the company, he told me he would contact me back about this issue.... All hear is crickets......don't know why I would expect anything less. Tried to help me with my motorhome, not starting, stayed there 2 days, had to get Hotel...came back 2nd day and they told me they couldn't help me, but charged me $563.00 and still no start......had to get it towed to another facility, that found a Freightliner recall with the battery cables. Update..... After talking with the GM he agreed to reimburse me for my maintenance. He agreed that his company would rather have a positive review than an angry customer. Cudos to taking the time with me to work out the problem.

I know ima spend a few dollars in there when I go, but it's such a good experience each time, I don't mind. Tim, Johnny, Charlie, Scottie, even the new guys Peyton & Juan have been really helpful in my O/O journey.

This is the best freightliner repair shop I've ever been to in my 10 years of trucking. I took a shower here and relaxed in their drivers lounge. Shout out to everyone behind the desk. You guys are top notch!!! Hey Kelli. They are what other shops should strive to be.

I bought my truck from this place 2017 cascadia with dd13. The truck have been doing amazing. I was nervous on buying the truck because it was my first time. Rick the salesman gave me all the information on the truck. Very honest guy Thank you Rick i will be coming back to buy a brand new truck next time!!!

I took my Sister here to pick up and order for her truck. She’s a Truck Driver and apparently she had ordered something from here. The place is surrounded with new big pretty trucks and some used trucks! They also have a workshop area and the front office area for pickup. It’s clean and atmosphere is nice. The staff is friendly. HAPPY SHOPPING!

We just stopped here due to an engine light in our RV. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The front of the shop was clean and everyone was very helpful. Adrian was the tech that checked out our engine and went above and beyond to explain everything to us. I would highly recommend!

Do not even try to purchase new trucks from them. Full of tricks and lies. We understand you have bad apples here and there but you cant allow one salesman to disrupt your operation. Even so you should be able to rectify and make it right. You don’t have to worry about this salesman Britt that lied without blinking just to get my attention. But you have to watch on GM Chris that tolerates all this shams happening on his watch. Such a bad experience. We will go threw with the fraud. Since we have no options. But its so sad to see how people make money these days. On lies and empty promises. Word of advice. Find a good dealership. And when you do, stick with them even if you have to wait for the equipment. Its worth all the money in the world. This place is a total joke and will not stick around long enough to understand that.
