Good park with solid water, sewer, electric. Zero shade, $7.00 for one load of laundry, $5 per shower. Both in a building that needs a good cleaning, some maintenance, and A/C. Only one shower works, and if there n the spring and summer, go before 9 or it will be 110 inside by noon. Shauna was friendly, park was decent overall but needs a little work.
