Nice and comfortable bed, my only real complaint would be that with the layout of the room, why such a tiny little shower 🚿. Other then that, truly amazing stay . Easy in and out to go and explore.

It’s a smaller rv park nestled in the hillside. Tons of wildlife to see and not a lot of spots so more intimate rather then a big vacation spot. The camp host are awesome here. They have a huge dog park for you furry friends. A few fire pits and grills you can use and an awesome playground for the kids. They also have a small motel for those who don’t have an rv but still want to enjoy the view. And oh man. Those views are amazing! Arkansas river just across the road. What else could you ask for!

Ember and her husband were super helpful - especially considering it was their first week! Property needs major facelift. Has a ton of potential but is very run down.

While the room was clean and average, the management of the company is unreliable. We booked our room via a QR code and had to wait 2 hours after receiving a confirmation for a room code to get into our room. The email confirmation they were fully digital, so a room code response should have been immediate. We would not have know to call for a room code -- unless a person staying there told us what to do.
