Black Canyon Rv Resort was a great place to stay in my camper while working in Phoenix Arizona. Quiet, peaceful, and away from the city. On 30 minutes away from Phoenix. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff is amazing. Laundry mat right next door. Very clean RV site.

Great Rv park 55+ community in black canyon. Peaceful, quiet community with a great pool and spa. Managers and staff are very helpful and friendly and everyone is very attentive to issues that may arise. Will definitely be back next time in Arizona and highly recommend this gem of a place!

I had a lovely stay. The property is clean and well kept. The service was excellent and friendly. The bathroom/shower was very clean. The lounge was clean, comfortable and inviting. The pool and hot tub was great. I recommend this RV Resort!

This place is great. We came for the weekend and ended up booking for a month. The staff was great and this place was well kept. The pool is amazing and has ruined all other pools for me. They keep it at the perfect temperature and the clubhouse and pool are always kept clean. This park may be a little pricey compared to others. But they really do all the little things to keep everything looking nice and is worth the few extra bucks. We will be back.

This campground has to be one of the biggest “Hidden Gem’s” of campgrounds that I have ever ran across. Black Canyon the city is so beautiful and to have this RV Resort right there is so special. The managers are great, the people are great and the resort is top notch. I will live in this campground some day I Promise!!!

We arrived at Black Canyon Ranch for a last minute RV site. The receptionist was very friendly. It was super easy to book online. The facilities were very clean. The heated pool was so fantastic for the kids. They even had a variety of bikes to borrow and return, which was the highlight of our trip for our son! We would definitely come back!

We loved staying at Black Canyon Ranch. We were there starting November 2024 and just left the beginning of May. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Emily and Josh do a great job building community. There is always an event to attend to meet others! The facility is so clean. We cannot wait to go back!

The staff were very nice and flexible with my arrival date. They helped me set up my rig and gave me lots of great tips about full time RV living. The place is kept nice & clean.

I wish I could give this place zero Stars. They put up a work camper ad. And it's absolutely ridiculous. They still want to charge a work camper 600 a month and on top of that you have to pay electricity. Meanwhile, they only pay you $14 an hour. That is not even sustainable. I wouldn't get stuck at this place. It sounds like a trap

Wow, where do I start. The managers Josh and Emily are so nice. Accommodating, kind and willing to meet all campers needs with smiles and care. The park is surrounded by the beautiful mountains, Black Canyon and Bradshaw. A short walking area outside the park in the desert. The heated pool and spa are wonderful. Laundry facility and showers are clean. Many pot luck gatherings and an abundance of citrus trees throughout the park are available to the campers. The people who live in the park full-time and seasonal could be more inclusive to the new campers but they are friendly. They just don't include many of the new campers. There are exceptions and we were thankful for them. We really are enjoying are time here. Ty Emily and Josh for welcoming us.

We loved this place! Friendly staff greeted us on arrival. Friendly campers everywhere in this park. Spacious campsite and level ground to park our RV. We liked it so much we are planning on reserving a site for a few months next year!

We stayed the month of March, 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This park is in a valley surrounded by mountains and it is beautiful! The park itself is quiet, clean and the staff and neighbors that we met were friendly and helpful. Thank you Christine and the rest of the staff! We hope to be back next year!

We had the fish and chips special. All you can eat but one serving had 3 generous pieces of fish, chips and Cole slaw. Everything was good.

We really enjoyed staying here! We stayed for 2 nights. The owners/hosts are extremely friendly and hospitable. The park is clean and well manicured, with so many orange, lemon and grapefruit trees that you can help yourself to! It was quiet and the lots are level gravel. There’s a large dog park on the property. And I assume access to trails for 4wheelers/side-by-sides since a lot of people have them. We would definitely stay here again!!
