They came around with a variety of sites, some very private, also some not real level. Campground house are very nice and helpful and maintain the Campground very well. This campground is very close to the road and the road noise is significant, especially during the day.

Very beautiful. Mostly well spaced sites. Some level. Ours wasn't. Very good central location for seeing everything. Right by the hiway though and the noise is horrific. It continues all night and the tires "sing" in high pitched tone. Has water .

Perfect for us. Great view of the sky for solar and starlink to both work well while working from Site#6. I did not see another site where solar would work. Agree with the road noise sensitivities. Plenty of other camping around if this isn't for you.

This campground is very easy to access, and is very close to many attractions. It is very close to the main road, so if you are sensitive to road noise it can be irritating, but it did not bother us inside our travel trailer. The camp host is very nice, the vault toilet is very clean, there is a dumpster for trash, and a water spigot for filling jugs if needed. The spigot does not have a male nozzle, it has a female attachment so filling tanks can be a challenge. It has a lot of tall trees so if you are using solar or Starlink try to get site 6, it is be best for solar harvesting and has the best view of the sky. It is not a first come, first serve campground. You do need a reservation on Reservation.gov; however, it was not full when we got there so you can maybe get a site if you just show up to the campground.

Cute campground. First come first serve. No hook-ups, but the sites are nice. They have water spouts, pit toilets. Eric the host was awesome! Only down fall is it's right on the roadway, so it's a little noisy. But $24 a night is much appreciated!! Also fire pits on sites.

$20 a night... no electric, pit toilet, constant road noise... OK for an overnighter or if you want more campsite privacy.

One of the nicest campgrounds I've stayed at!! Right in-between Mount Rushmore and the Crazy Horse Memorial!! Nice green, wooded lots, with picnic tables, & fire rings. Will definitely come back for a longer stay!

The best thing about this campground is the host. Great guy who sends genuinely interested in the guest's comfort. Poor Verizon reception. I didn't see the main facilities, but in the back, there is a clean vault toilet, no sanitizer or hand washing station.

Very unlevel spots, I got 7 which was impossible to level it was so steep on a hill. I used the ramp kind of leveler and i needed about twice the height which is not safe, so I was just parking very unlevel. I chose this spot because this is one site that has any solar along with #6 (which is a decent spot by the way). The rest is in the forest. It's a pull off kind of site. I am really not sure who planned the way the traffic goes (one way traffic) in this campground because most sites that are pull off is on the opposite side of your RV door. Most RVs have their entrance on the left side and in this campground you have to park on the opposite side, basically when you open your door, you step out to the campground main road. I think it's dangerous and not wise. There are only about 5 sites like this, the rest of them are normal pull in sites. Then you have to know that it is on route 16 which is very noisy. It's more peaceful at night but you are basically hearing all cars that go by. There is water in the camp but not with the kind of attachment which you can use to fill up your water tank with. One great positive is that there is decent reception (AT&T) (not fast by any means) but it is usable. I have to mention the camphost; Kim is really nice.
