Black Oaks MH and RV Community

Overview

Black Oaks MH and RV Community provides a practical and welcoming environment for travelers visiting the central Missouri region. Located in the charming city of Boonville, this park blends a quiet residential feel with the accessibility needed for modern RV travel. The community is defined by its lush canopy of oak trees, which offers a natural setting that sets it apart from more industrial-style roadside stops. It serves as an ideal base for exploring the local culture and history of the Missouri River valley.

Location & Surroundings

The park's location is one of its greatest assets, situated conveniently near Interstate 70 for easy arrivals and departures. Boonville itself is a gem of the Midwest, acting as a gateway to the famous Boone’s Lick Trail. The park is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that feels far removed from highway noise, yet it remains minutes away from essential services, grocery stores, and local dining options. The geography here is marked by the scenic river bluffs and fertile plains typical of the region.

Amenities & Park Features

The community is designed to provide a functional and comfortable environment for both short-term guests and long-term residents. The park offers the essential services required for a seamless stay, focusing on reliability and ease of use. Key features of the park include:

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

There is no shortage of activity near the park, especially for those who love the outdoors. The Katy Trail State Park is just a short drive away, offering miles of scenic paths for cycling and walking along the river. Visitors can also spend an afternoon at the Warm Springs Ranch, the famous breeding farm for the Budweiser Clydesdales. For a more relaxed experience, the historic downtown area features National Historic District sites, unique architecture, and local museums that detail the area's riverboat history.

Who This Park Is Best For

Black Oaks is perfectly suited for extended-stay travelers or seasonal visitors who want a quiet, residential atmosphere rather than a high-turnover resort. It is also a top choice for budget-conscious RVers looking for a safe and shaded spot to rest while traveling the I-70 corridor. If you prefer a simple, home-like environment with easy access to hiking, biking, and historic landmarks, this community fits your travel style perfectly.

Jodie and Mattie have been very honest and up front. They have been and always stay working for everyone at Black Oaks. My wife and I agree that Jodi and Mattie are the best management we could have .

Was visiting a friend. The place is an older mobile home park toward the edge of town. So very quiet. They have started renting to TV & camper owners also.

Extremely nice people to work with, spacious parking, mature trees, quiet area, close to shopping, the Isle of Capris Casino, and the Missouri Rver and wetlands.
