We found the people in this park to be some of the nicest anywhere. We like the people, management, and amenities so much we bought a park model and stay six months out of the year. This is a great place to winter, with many activities to be involved in (including pickleball, bingo, games, live music, RC plane flying, swimming pool, and desert golf). You can be as busy or as lethargic as you like.

I stayed in my own RV. The spaces are huge with plenty of room for your tow vehicle and the RV. The hook ups are the perfect distance from the water, electric and sewer. The spaces are pretty level. You may have to level a tiny bit.

Recently stayed here for a week. Probably the best RV park I've ever stayed at. The amenities are amazing, staff is wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed over night and it was very well kept, we didn’t use any of the many amenities available but I am sure they were well maintained as well. Would definitely stay there again.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because while we were there for four months, we wanted to purchase a toy hauler that is 46 feet long. That's ten feet longer than our current RV. I'm not the greatest at backing up, so we asked if we could park in a pull through and we were told no. Those sites are for day and weekly. We would have only been in the pull through for a month. I think they should have worked with us on that issue. The location is so far from decent grocery stores and any medical centers, at a ur age, that is an issue also. Other than that, it's clean, quiet, friendly and if you don't mind being in the middle of nowhere, it's great.

Been buying propane at black rock for 4 years now. Never had problem with anybody there. Today April 5th 2022 around noon the gal in the office was very disrespectful. I was paying cash. So no need to sign receipt. She got mad and told me to never come back.🤔 The so-called owner responded to my negative posting on here. Addressing black rock totally lying by saying I have been not applying by there rules. OUT RIGHT LYING! If I was such a problem why was I not kicked out long ago. This is the first time i was ever asked to sign for a purchase at nlack rock. Never have to sign paper after buying groceries at walmart are any other store. How come just black rock. This place has had money issues. Thats the reason to sign papers to have records of money related issues. Come to think of it, i have heard of money coming up missing from laundromat at black rock. Would not be suprised if someone stealing from the office either. Sounds like a bunch of lying thefts around there. But It really don't matter to me about getting propane at black rock. There are several places around the area to get it.

My site is $525/month. And it's HUGE! Landry facilities across the park. Cornhole, horseshoes, darts, pool, dog park and much, much more! They also have pull-through sites as well as yearly prices. Side-by-sides are the thing out here with seven gates leading out to the desert. PO boxes available for an additional $10/month. We love it here and the people are awesome!

Great place to spread out and enjoy some warm weather. If you understand the desert you will love this place

We can't say enough how much we loved this place. The people were incredible, so sweet to my three young children, invited us to the daily events and we're just so kind. When we arrived the office staff escorted us to our site and helped with backing in and had a water hose for sale when ours was too short. There is plenty to do, pool was super clean, pickleball and all the outdoor games were great. We biked on the BLM land behind the park and the dog park was great for our dog. People are very respectful with the quiet times but also invite you to their fires and get togethers. You won't regret staying here but you will want to book an extra night, we just had to! Looked to be the best park in Brenda when we were driving around! Thank you for a great experience!

Very well maintained and clean. Only wish the online reservation system had asked if we were Good Sam members. We could have saved a few bucks.
