Kathy was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my options. The issue I was discussing with her was about a double wide not on the property she manages. So thankful for her assistance in solving a problem she wasn't even responsible for fixing, but did.

The common areas are well-maintained. Kathy in the office is great about keeping people informed, and Cory in maintenance is helpful and friendly, and does a great job keeping things running. No complaints here!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is clean, and well-kept, and you can tell there’s pride taken in how it’s maintained. Kathy in the office is always welcoming and helpful. She’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly works with you to find the best solutions. Cory, the maintenance guy, is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen. He’s constantly out and about keeping the court in shape, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I know things will get taken care of quickly and done right.

I never thought I'd live in a manufactured home community but here I am 14 yrs later, still enjoying my home and neighborhood. Kathy, our office manager is always available to listen and help with any question that may come up. Cory, a very busy guy, keeps the park looking good.

Not a fan of the you can have dogs but yet back years ago before I moved my mom out of there this lady named Donna was allowed to watch babysit dogs of her family. She was able to kept them at her trailer while her family members were on vacation those dogs were at her trailer for a least or close to a month but yet they say no one can have dogs there. Sorry this happened like 9 years ago it gets has always bothered me.

This park once was awesome back when Vaughn was mgr.... Everyone with disabilities, race, or addictions are slowly being evicted. Pathetic. They don't work with long time residents here.... instead they look at every negative issue and run with it instead of trying to help these long standing well paying tenants. They are not looked at as good people, but lower class citizens. Throw aways, and are treated as a nuisance. I am being harassed by neighbors and management does nothing. Don't come here if you want equality and to be treated with fairness and respect. You'll instead get helped down the road with a five day note to fix or cure. Sick of it.

I don't live here myself, but I've visited many times each year for ~10 years. The neighborhood is clean and well kept. The residents are nice and there are lots of long term residents (little turnover).

I am not a fan of their no dogs rule. But over all its a nice place to live. I lived 10 years with no problems.

Good and affordable housing. Units don't come available very much. So you need to keep checking if you would want house there.
