Reasonable amount of shade, a must in the summer, clean restrooms, clean grounds. Quite at night. I viewed 3 other locations this was the best one. Heather the park manager was friendly, helpful generally a delight. I will return on future visits.

For the price (over 100 bucks), I thought we were spending the night in a rv resort, what we got was a spot that looked like it was a road marked off in 4 places, no idea which spot was ours but a tenant helped us because they don't answer the phone after hours but they did give us a map which didn't match the road or the electric boxes. Most of the rvs here are long term and the over nights get put where ever, and after seeing the bathrooms (I didn't see the laundry) if they would have answered the phone I would have asked for my money back.

Centrally located in the city of Fresno, Blackstone North RV park fit our needs perfectly. The on site manager Heather Perez is professional, attentive and makes this RV park a nice place to stay for a night or for longer periods. Highly recommend.
