My family & I had a great time staying here. The staff truly made us feel welcome & safe. Management took care of our issues and concerns immediately. Only cons are those that live there that can’t follow simple rules like speed limit, lane directions, etc… Will definitely return to this well kept RV resort

First time visiting the location. Found it very inviting and pleasant location. Slots spaced openly with plenty of tree coverage. Grounds well kept. Staff friendly and willing to assist.

Close to sea word. Beautiful place very well maintained. They seem to keep the " transient " guests up front and the long term in the rear. Has a shuttle bus and will take you anywhere Sea World included. Staff very friendly. I highly recommend

Not sure how they have such high reviews for such low customer service. First of all if you plan on staying and you have a large RV, lots of trees, narrow driveways and low hanging branches. They didn't maintain tree trim and I damaged my new 140k RV pulling in. They did nothing for me and lied to try and justify themselves on not taking care of it. Absolutely no accountability, outhouse showers and bathrooms are not kept, always filthy. For a place that I was excited about fell short by alot. Management is poor with no thought to those they could create long lasting loyalty. A MINIMAL RESOLVE PREVENTED A FUTURE MAXIMUM RETURN. Do the math!!!!. So sad. Wish I could leave 0, be warned folks you will be happier somewhere else for price paid. Bring your own satellite internet service. The WIFI doesnt work. The cable channels are spotty with most of the channels fuzzy. Do not walk barefoot and be careful bringing shoes into your RV as there are tons of goathead thorns on the ground here. What a shame. Also as a top 10% reviewer of San Antonio this will reach a lot. Thier response below should tell you everything you need to know. Why review the reviews for future guests when you can review and address now. It's like saying we will take care of it tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. Shows lack of accountability.

We were only scheduled to be there for 3 nights. Due to hydraulic issues we had to lengthen our stay. From the Start Norma an her staff worked with us. They provided us with a list of sites we could try in an effort to get our coach leveled just using boards. Even offered us some boards to help. They blocked off our site at no additional charge and let us extend our stay as needed. We were paying on a daily basis. Thank you Sun Outdoor. This was our 3rd time at this resort. They have always been friendly and helpful. One of the residents even recognized us in the laundry room from previous stays.
