We had a few issues from the start. The office was closed when we arrived, looked for our check in package that was not there and had to wait for someone to come check us in. The bathroom in the welcome centre/office was dirty. The pool was closed with no signage stating why (it was 34C that day). Our power went out at our campsite and we could not reach anyone for assistance. Left a voicemail and an email and no reply to this day. And there is absolutely no signage at the road to identify the campground! It could be a great spot with more staff to meet the needs of the guests. It may be ok for seasonal camping but there is no customer service for transient campers.
