We are driving from Kelowna BC Canada through to Albuquerque NM and stopped here for a 5 night stay. I was a little apprehensive about this stop as I was concerned about starlink access with the mountain and I knew there were train tracks and I have had not so great experiences with them, well I shouldn't have worried, Starlink access was fantastic and the trains go by slowly, you hear them but it's not distracting and we didn't notice them at night at all. We slept so well here, the people that live in this park are SUPER friendly (shout out to Liz!!) and Michelle the owner is SO kind and accommodating. There is a bathroom (just one) and the laundry facilities are really good, they are the cheapest I've seen so far $1.75/$2.50 depending on the washer and $1.00 for the dryers. The town of Price is just down the road and has a Walmart but there are a couple of smaller grocery outlets that are really good as well. If you like donuts you HAVE to go to Bakesters ... SO good! The town of Helper is adorable, well worth a look. Would definitely stay here again, the price is amazing for full hook ups ... thanks Michelle!

We took a very last minute trip to the price and helper area. We booked here because it was in between both places which was convenient to us. The owner was super nice accommodating a last minute reservation. You cannot book online, you do have to call to book and They only take cash or check. The sites were nice and appeared to have plenty of shade trees which isn't always common in that area. There are several people that maybe lived there full-time which normally we steer away from but everyone was very nice. We actually ended up camping right in between two long timers. It's a simple campground. Not a lot of bells and whistles but everything you need. There is a bathroom and showers. Though we did not use them.

This is a small RV park just out of the way near Helper, UT. Although we were not campers reserving a spot here, we were guests there briefly, visiting a friend. There is a bathroom and laundry room, both secured with locks. There are benches placed at the edge of the property that are perfect for watching the colorful sunset at the end of the day. WIFI was available but I did not need to use it during the visit. A small canal runs by the place, between the access road and the main road. Farther across the main road is a railroad line, and a giant cliff wall. Walking around you can spot pieces of volcanic rock everywhere, but it wasn't clear of this was natural to the location or brought in as fill for around the railroad lines. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and Bob. They were friendly hosts with a charming location, just off the beaten path.

Wonderful place to stay. The campground is very quiet, well kept (with flower pots and flowers throughout) and lots of amenities (loved the homey bathroom). The views of the mountain and the little river are beautiful. My kids enjoyed the train passing by later in the morning, which was very slow and therefore not that noisy. If you get a chance to drive through Helper, don’t miss it!!! It looks like a dreamy movie set. The best part are the hosts though, Michelle and Bob. They made our stay unforgettable. Herzlichen Dank! :)

Cute little park with nice trees, very pretty with the changing leaves. Trails within a few minute drive to take the dogs out on which is a huge perk for me. Very narrow spaces if someone is next to you, though they have combined back to back spaces to be one. This allows for some staggering of RVs so they aren’t right next to each other. Very inexpensive for full hookups. Little busy with people coming and going as they pass through on their travels, but otherwise very quiet. Laundry room is nice: washers work great, dryers do take a couple cycles to fully dry, but they’re less than $2.00 a cycle so really not a big deal. Michelle is very helpful and easy to contact when needed. (Picture taken up on the trails a couple minute drive from park. Park located on far side of highway in the trees)

Wouldn't recommend this park. Most of the rv's are permanent residents, I think. Only 1 bathroom and 1 shower. You have to pay cash. We've stayed in a lot of parks across our country for less. With better accommodations.

Gravel with trees for shade is the only good thing to say about this place. Poor customer service, no amenities and for $40.00 you don't get much. We will not return.

The owner (Linda I think) was super nice and even gave us a really detailed map of Nine Mile Canyon and where to see all the best petroglyphs and pictographs

This is a small peaceful little spot. A little highway noise but that’s fine with me. $40 with full hookups. Strong wifi. I needed a place to pull in off the road for the night. I plan to put this on my list for a return to explore the area a little.
