Great location to visit St. John's and the rest of the Avalon peninsula. One major issue is the park has a serious problem with their power supply. It constantly goes below 104 volts, which triggered my power surge protector to cut off power. The only way to use power was to remove the protector. I could hear the air conditioner struggle whenever it was on, hoping nothing was damaged. We did speak to the staff, but they said they couldn't do anything. Anyways, be aware of this issue. That's why I can't rate this park higher.

This park is a Great location for on and off highway but far enough you don’t hear traffic. For visiting all of the surrounding areas of the Avalon peninsula this park is the perfect location. Very basic camping with mostly gravel and rock sites with very little grass. Park is very well maintained and reasonably rates for our 3-way service stay.

Host has all the good info and scoops on St. John's, Bonavista etc. places to see and things to do. Very nice campground, clean facilities - a good place to stay out of the way and off the highway. I shall return.

This park has easy access off the TCH. We had a pull through site, #92, with 3 services and 30 amp electric. Also had free wi-fi, which worked great! Though the park is close to the highway, a berm helps buffer the noise and traffic subsides at night. This was a nice location for exploring the Irish Loop. Staff was helpful.

Really nice park. No trees, but great views over water. Washrooms and laundry are relatively new and clean. Sites are relatively large. Quiet park. About 20 minutes to Saint John's. Closest park that we could find.Really nice staff. One of the best parks that we have stayed in.
