Excellent place to re-fill your propane tank. I cannot speak to actually living here, but I just had my propane tank re-filled here and the staff was super friendly, and it cost less than doing it down the road in Weirsdale. I will be coming here from now on.

Very basic. No picnic tables, no camp fires bathrooms need updated. They operated on a 6 day week!!!!??? Who does that!

The place is not maintained like it should be. Only the front is maintained. The people who live there full-time are nice. They also have activities if you enjoy that. The rules they have for the people who live there year around can't fix your home the way you want it on the outside, like putting up a carport. There are too many rules. And if you buy a home there and your home gets knocked down by storm, you can't put it back the way it was. But I will stay there maybe one more yr. I will sell my place. Cause I want my own yard to put all my stuff on it. It's a quiet place to live. But the management are not happy people.

Was excited to see the bathhouse was clean but no hot water. Plus the water shoots out of the stalls and runs all over the bathroom. They also have two laundry locations but only half of the washers worked. Sad that they don't fix these complaints because it could be a nice park.
